I first heard of cryptoxterra on trust pilot and I thought I’ll give it a try.

As soon as I join I received the 150$ bonus as promised and I place my first bet on the only game you allowed to play your bonus called jackpot which minimum bet is 100$ USD and what do you know I hit the jackpot of 12k+. That was easy…

So i contacted the live support chat asking them how can I cash out. They congratulated me on my big win and asked me if i can please go leave a review on trustpilot, they told me I will need to deposit a minimum of 200$ on my account so my account can be unfrozen and have access to withdraw up to 10k a day and 30k a month and play other games.

So next day after playing little more I did just that and when trying to withdraw it wouldn’t let me. So i connect the support chat again after a few hours of wait they got back to me and even gave me a 50$ extra on my account for the wait.

The agent told me your account balance is over 10K which makes your account a premium status and I will need to deposit another 500$ more for my account to become premium and then I will be able to cash out. I offered them to take it out of my balance but they said it’s against the policy and can’t do that. I explain to the agent that who I spoke to yesterday (showing on the chat) told me can if I deposit 200$. But he said it’s on there terms any account with 10K+ or just reaches 10K needs to upgrade before withdrawing and he will talk to the agent about his mistake.

The agent told me he can’t force me to upgrade my account but he can do a manually withdraw which he said they do each month in the beginning of the month and said I will receive my money on November 11.
