Goods didn't arrive; no contact from Crystal Roads

I ordered and paid for an item from Crystal Roads on 3 March, 2021. My credit card was debited the same day for the purchase. When I hadn’t received it in a month, I contacted them on 4 April.
An automated response replied that the support team would contact me in 24-48 hours about my order delivery. They didn't.
I went to the FAQ link on their website . It was all in German and I'm an English speaker. No options for other languages.
Since then I've emailed them again twice and have received no response. The goods I purchased haven't arrived either. Looks like a SCAM!
