Excellent service

Excellent service. From going into the store to enquire, to measuring and fitting. The whole team are second to none, every single person we spoke to were so friendly but also knowledgeable and professional. We’ve had our blinds for a few months and they’ve been perfect, everyone who comes to our home compliments them. They are exactly what we wanted and we were advised and guided the whole way. We would never use anywhere else, thank you so much to the whole team especially Lauren!!! Thank you from Katie and Michael xx

Terrible aftercare

Terrible rude lady aftercare disgusting refused to replace faulty blind saying we had damaged offered me a diiscooint of £30 to replace faulty blind for £130. Comminicaation via WhatsApp. Sarcastically using thumbs up.
