I recently visited Crystal Clear Clinic in Whitburn for ear wax removal and couldn't be happier with the experience. From booking through to the treatment itself, everything was seamless.
Stephanie was fantastic — friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening at every stage, which helped put me at ease. The treatment itself was quick and painless, and the results were immediately noticeable.
The clinic is spotlessly clean and the whole process felt very well organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crystal Clear Clinic to anyone in the area. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent Service, Initially recommended from a friend on social media . My right ear was intermittently blocked and slight loss of hearing due to wax build up turned out it was 100% wax build up in that ear and 90% in my left ear . All wax removed from both ears and full hearing returned in my right ear will definitely be using this service again as agreed in a yrs time as advised.

First time having the ear wax removing so i was a little apprehensive but I was welcomed by Rebecca who talked me through the procedure.
The procedure lasted about 20 minutes and once done I could tell the difference.. I no longer had any discomfort.
The only problem I have now is I can hear when I'm being moaned at more clearer. If you are looking for a similar procedure I would highly recommend.
