I had some CDs made with this company.
When the CD arrived I picked one Cd out of the box randomly to listen to to check the CD. When I looked at the cover the paper/ cardboard used was very flimsy and thin, there was also a line that was not mentioned on the template that appeared on the right side of the inside panel. When I listened to the CD, the 4th track started skipping and the tracks after that got worse and it seemed damage. From the surface of the CD you could not see any scratches or anything. It was a very sad moment and realizing these boxes of CD were just like Russian roulette- some would play and some would not. I have using a company for many years, but somehow I got convinced to try them out.
It was a hard lesson to learn. So I hope to keep people from making the same mistake.
Please if you read this: NEVER use this company or you will be in trouble. Some Cds , but one is enough to put doubt in your head and you don't want to put yourself in a postition where you will be having to return CD to unhappy customers (that would not be something you would want to get yourself into).
I am having mine redone with another company and will NEVER use this company- I hope you do the same there are plenty of professional Cd makers out there that are more professional.
