The best hair product!! The new packaging is perfect :) I have a very sensitive scalp and this is the only product that doesn’t irritate my hair and leaves it feeling soft and very hydrated !! I’ve noticed my hair stays fresh for so much longer aswelll since using. Would definitely recommend😊
I love Crystal Earth's products, and the new updated packaging is fab! The fragrance of the shampoo and conditioners are gorgeous and you can smell it in your hair days after washing. My hair is very temperamental and can be difficult to manage, but I find their products excellent! Free from any nasties and also vegan friendly, my hair has never felt softer, stronger and more hydrated. And if this isn't enough..the products all have wonderful energetic qualities from the Crystal formulations!
Great shampoo and conditioner, makes my hair feel so soft. Love the new packaging and the comb I received with it is super cute.
I’d tried rose quartz shampoo and conditioner because my hair gets greasy very quickly and this is the best I’ve used, my hair can go longer without a wash and feels so much more shiny and fresh
I received the shampoo and conditioner in a beauty subscription box. The actual products are lovely - smell great and my hair is nice and soft and clean.
The bottles though - look very cute but awful to use. Very hard plastic, unwieldy shape. If you have anything less than superhuman strength the product remains stubbornly in the bottle
I will be decanting into more practical containers and wouldn’t buy again as it’s just too fiddly, plus a waste of expensive packaging

You were absolutely right about the packaging at the time. The bottles were designed with durability and refill in mind, but we recognised that they weren’t as easy to use as they should have been in day-to-day use.
Since your review, we’ve made improvements to the packaging to make dispensing much easier, with our packaging now consisting of a pouch design that's much easier to dispense while still staying true to our refillable, low-waste approach.
Feedback like yours played a big part in pushing us to make those changes, so thank you for taking the time to share it.
If you ever felt open to trying us again, we’d love for you to experience the updated version.

I love Crystal Earth shampoo. Only issue I had was the website charged me at checkout nearly £30 delivery to the Isle of Man. Postal charges here are the same as anywhere else in UK so the charge should be the same. However I contacted the team at crystal earth and they kindly sent me extra product to make up the additional charge difference.
I will hopefully order again as long as the postal cost is rectified.
Love this shampoo & conditioner great for my fine fly away hair leaving it soft & shinny & much easier to style
So worth the money as great product & lasts as you only need a small amount have been using it for over a year & only needed to buy 3 times

Product is amazing. Only down side is that bottles are incredibly awkward when it comes to getting the product out.
I have always struggled to find a shampoo and conditioner that was right for my hair that kept it fresh and shiny without the need to wash it every day, as it’s fine. Since using Crystal Earth, my hair feels fuller and thicker and I’ve received so many compliments. I’d never use anything else now!
I love the shampoo and conditioner, they made my hair feel great. The bottles however are such hard plastic that I found it virtually impossible to squeeze them to get the product out. I ended up decanting into another bottle so I could use it .
I have previously used this product & it is still amazing. Was delivered sooner than I expected too.
My daughters ordered from you in the past and received a couple of crystals from you too. She recommended you and my wife was disappointed as she didn't receive a crystal

I've been colouring my hair bright shades for years, and I've never found a shampoo and conditioner duo that smells nice, makes my hair super soft and shiny, and doesn't strip the colour. UNTIL NOW!
This stuff smells absolutely divine, and my hair is in amazing condition because of it. I have recommended it to so many people. Absolute game changer!
