I ordered a lybian glass pendant, which was apparently out of stock. When they sent out the order, they sent an email saying it was not available and would be processing a refund.
They also mentioned they sent another pendant FOC (free of charge).

I sent a follow up email asking about the refund but it was never responded to.

A beautiful piece of Moldavite packaged with care and a joy to receive. Everything advertised was exactly as promised. Truly appreciated.

Still No Parcel, No Refund – Unreliable Service

I placed an order for a stone on 23rd May 2025 and have not received anything as of 10th June. The tracking number provided never worked, and after repeated follow-ups, I was only told to “wait 10 days” or that they were on holiday — which is unacceptable for a business.

Eventually, they said they would initiate a refund, but I received no confirmation, no proof, and no actual refund. Communication was slow and unprofessional, and I’ve had zero updates or accountability.

This experience has been frustrating, a complete waste of time, and shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. I would not recommend ordering from this seller unless you’re ready to chase them endlessly for either your product or your money.

Pendant is beautiful and actually bigger than I expected. Hoping it brings positive changes. Shipping was fast and I will be buying from her again.

I ordered four pendants and all are really lovely. Especially the Moldavite and prasiolite pendants. Good quality stones, nicely designed settings and Scott's communication was helpful along the way to assist with my decisions.
