More than 1 week after order I have received nothing and no indication when (or if) i will get what I paid for.

The company themselves are great quick turnaround and gret products but the shipping could do with improvement I have checked the tracker fir over a week and there's no update at all, I mean that's more royal mails problem but still frustrating

When my citrine bracelet arrived it made me realise that perhaps other crystal bracelets I have are not in fact real? This bracelet feels like real crystal, more clunky, glasslike, bright absolutely highly polished and vibrant, plus I have been attracting more money in my life. It is so much nicer than in the photos.

I appreciate that a good description of the crystals (healing strengths/qualities) is included online making choice more meaningful if purchasing for either yourself or an extra special gift for someone else. Brilliant Seller out of this space!

Those crystals were very naughty and they confused the poor Seller big time! My Sister and I decided on some danburite to expand our collection.
First day she bought one and I did buy one. I received my crystal, but she received a different danburite.
But because in the meantime I bought 3 more, I said to her: „most likely I will get yours”.
How surprised was I when I received 4 instead of 3 danburite crystals! One of them was my Sister’s. But the other one? I assumed that it was a gift from the Seller, but actually it was the very last crystal my Sister bought! The Seller send it to me by mistake.
However the story has a happy ending because I send those two naughty danburites to my Sister making her very happy.
Overall amazing experience, lots of laughs and surprises.

I ordered Moldavite, and was dubious of its authenticity. I don’t know if I’ll ever know for sure, but I feel, these guys are what they say they are.
