I would not rate this website I ordered my usual vapes and they never arrived the company have completely ignored me and I have to do a charge back through the back which will apparently take up to 7 weeks 🫣 DO NOT ORDER
Do not use this website, I received completely different items to what I ordered and they do not respond to any emails, no contact number exists. Never buying from here again.
First time using this website. Ordered two vapes in my usual flavour. Received two completely different flavours. Ones I would never buy or use. It took for me to find their contact details and reach out to get an explanation for this. Apparently they ran out of the flavour I ordered. Should the website not reflect that the flavour is out of stock?! Had I known this I would have ordered elsewhere but no you wanted to take my money. For items that I have no use for so I have to go and buy the correct items from elsewhere and spend more money. And then you don’t even have the decency to respond to my complaint in a timely manner.
