I received a gift of a beautiful braclet from my family in Ireland which broke soon after getting it. It has been a nightmare dealing with the company from Australia and a replacement being sorted took from February to now. I was back and fourth with the company with them taking days to reply and me having to send numerous follow up emails. I was asked to ship to bracelet back to Ireland prior to them sending me a refund and was promised shipping would be covered. The new bracelet has been shipped to someone in Ireland who will bring it to Aus for me soon (I suggested this to save them the shipping cost back) however they still have not reimbursed me for postage to Ireland which was promised. I have emailed 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have not gotten a reply. Unfortunately I won’t be buying from them again which is such a shame as they have really beautiful pieces.

I purchased two chains a few days apart. I was so happy when they came. Unfortunately after a couple of wears one of them discolored and I emailed Crystals &co. I explained the situation and the lovely Lucy dealt with my complaint so promptly. In less than a week of me returning the chain, I received a new one. I am delighted with the customer service and support I received from Lucy and would highly recommend.

Delighted to support this company. The girls were so friendly and helpful. The pieces are a beautiful quality. Hard wearing, pretty.

I was given a set from my son but the necklace was very tight, I contacted crystal and Co and the very nice Lucy told me I could return the set and pick another set with longer length. Every one of my questions were answered so promptly and once I had returned my original set, the new one I had chosen was promptly dispatched and they had included an extension chain.
Thank a million to all staff for such efficient and prompt service and I look forward tomorrow wearing my new set. Deirdre

I came across this brand over Christmas in their pop up shop and I’m so glad I did!! I bought the infinity tennis set and I’ve never received more compliments on anything I’ve ever worn!! I’m in love with my pieces and cannot wait to buy from here again. The quality is incredible and great value for money, everything looks way more expensive than it actually is.

I am absolutely in love with the jewelry from Crystals and Co!! My boyfriend gifted me a pair of earrings and a bracelet from here, and I haven’t taken them off since. The quality is amazing — they’re delicate but durable, and they go with everything. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and I always tell people where to look. Great customer service…saw a discount code after completing my initial order (was awaiting the jewellery on Preorder) so contacted the company to see if they would add the discount code which they did without question! Thanks Chloe! Service couldn’t have been better!

Order placed on April 9th, query sent on the 14th as to when it would be delivered, answer was that it would be 10 days, which is very slow however today is the 28th and still no sign of the delivery or an update from the company.

Just received my order of a braclet and necklace set. I could not be happier! I had been looking in shops before Christmas for something similar. Online shopping always feels daunting because you wonder if the product will live up to expectations but I am really thrilled with my purchase.

If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. I’ve had and am having an absolute nightmare with this company and will never order from here again. I ordered a ring in the Black Friday sale (30th Nov) and hadn’t got any updates regarding the shipping or when to expect the delivery. Chased this up and was told it was lost in the post and a replacement would be sent instead. I then received a delivery on 13th Dec which did not contain what I ordered. I still haven’t received the alleged replacement order either.

I sent an email back to customer service to say I would like to know how to return the items I didn’t order and am still chasing for someone to get back to me. At this stage I just want my money back so I can stop wasting my time chasing customer service because no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer or understand what has happened.

I recently purchased from Crystal & Co. and couldn't be happier. The jewellery is absolutely gorgeous, so elegant, unique, and clearly made with care.

The shopping experience was smooth and they were quick and super helpful to answer a question I had! I'm already planning my next purchase. Highly recommend Crystals & Co. to anyone looking for beautiful quality pieces :)

I had exceptional customer service with Crystals and Co and then their products are so beautiful. I ordered the Black Diamond and Emerald Double Drop ear rings and they are so much more impressive in reality than on the site. I had a disaster with delivery (not their fault) and item never got delivered with An Post. Alix Crystals and co went above and beyond to try to find out what happened. After a couple of weeks of not making progress they agreed to send me another set. They did not have to do this and I really appreciate it. These ear rings are gifts but think I will be keeping one of them. They are statement pieces and definitely not for everydayuse.

Great service from Crystal&Co, very helpful stuff. Alexandra did great job, highly recommended.
