The site has been down for 2 days. The transaction with usd and euro has been closed to Turkey. they do not inform users in any way and no one can reach them. No one is responding to emails. I will never trust this site anymore

I accidentally listed an item for sale for "Trade-Tokens" instead of real life money. I lost about 80% of my items value or more due to this mistake, since all items for "Trade-Tokens" are listed at as much as 3x-10x of the STEAM market price, not the site market price, which is absolutely absurd and a complete scam. The site also refuses to make up for this by either converting these tokens into real life money or refunding the user. Consider making a better UI where you make it more distinguishable whether the user is selling for trade-tokens or real life money, or at least a warning when they are about to list something, since I'm sure I'm not the only user who've made this mistake...

EDIT: I did manage to find some items to trade for that were not super overpriced, but in the end I still lost money, but since I've only had positive experiences with the site before this incident, I've changed my initial review.

Stole my steam credentials to duplicate a trade I made between my two accounts and I accepted it
My main account was blocked from the trading one so I couldn't trade with it. And I was stupid enough to accept a trade with an account with the same profile picture. Everything was the same... My account had been compromised.

At first i was a bit annoyed but i got compensation for a "bug" or something. The replies i got at first were pretty late and took long but it's good that they compensated and were really patient with me even tho i was kinda a dick. My review would probably be lower but they were kind to me even tho i was a dick.

I made a one deposit and everything worked, but I wanted to add some additional money and after that my account just got banned on their website due to investigation. It tooks few days but fortunately support answered my email conversation and gave some recompensation due to long wait time during the week.

Best website to buy cases in bulk.
Cashout was 2 days via SEPA.

Moved 3000-4000 usd with no issues whatsoever, over the course of 1-2 years. Definitely recommend! :)

This is the only website I buy skins from because the fees are the lowest out of all of them, its easy to pay and get your skins than like bitskins where i needed to email them my licences (that I didn't do), also I find so much steals on this website since not as many people know about this one. (I spent $110 and made $2k profit)

After my bank told me I had placed the wrong SWIFT code for my cashout transaction, I became really paranoid that I would never get my payment.
I was assisted by 'Jambo'. They were very understanding and helpful in making sure I got my international transfer to my bank account.

Despite the fact that I had entered the incorrect SWIFT code, the payment still arrived in my bank account around the estimated transfer time. Honestly not sure how, but I'm of course grateful regardless!
