I was a little sceptic, if its legit, still in nerves, if its real, waiting for 7 days and few hours to make sure its not a scam, after that time i withdrawed 600USD for my gloves, all went instantly after trade ban ended, support is instant, gotta leave a 5 *

The support team is a bit difficult at first
The support team is a bit difficult to deal with or get information from, especially concerning transactions in this case that I've had, but it turned out to be all right. I did get the information that I needed at the end. I believe that perhaps if there's a training going on at CS Money, in this case, I would like or prefer for the agents to be at least refreshed on the training or something. I know these questions may be common to them, they may get bored of them, but I understand that I've worked at retail service, I've worked at consulting, and also customer service through the phone and through chats. So, just as a pair of advice, maybe allow your agents some more free time to get a refresh on their initial path of work.
