I honestly don’t understand how a platform can make withdrawing your own money this difficult.
I successfully completed one withdrawal when I first started using CS.MONEY, about two months ago. Since then, it has been nothing but waiting and problems. They made me wait an absurd amount of time for my payment methods to be verified, only for the withdrawal to eventually fail and the money to be returned to my CS.MONEY balance.
The worst part? They still deducted their fees, even though I never actually received the money. So after waiting for weeks, I ended up exactly where I started.. except with less money because of their fees.
I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for almost two months now, and there is still no real solution. Every time I think the issue is finally resolved, I end up waiting again.
At this point, I don’t even care about the waiting time anymore.. I just want to be able to withdraw my own money without losing part of it to fees for transactions that never reached me.
Very disappointing experience. The platform may work fine for trading, but when it comes to actually getting your money out, my experience has been extremely frustrating.
