I so wished that I had checked the reviews for this company before I purchased any item from them. I ordered two of the same items at the same time and paid for them. They both arrived 15 days apart. The first one did not do what the advert claimed it would do. On top of that the water tank in the unit was leaking. I wrote to the company on 4 separate occasions for them to refund my money and advised them of the issue with the product. To date I have had no response. Truly shameless and dishonourable company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THEM. IT IS NOTHING BUT A SHAM AND A SCAM>

I agree with the comments above, this appears to be scam operation. I ordered two units beginning of July without much research which was my mistake. I didn't receive any confirmation emails nor the units to this date, but my credit card was charged. Sent a request to cancel the order but cscpremium support person claims they can't find my email on the record.

I purchased a product in good faith but like all the others before me fell for the lies and deceit on the website. Received a different product which is significantly inferior to the one ordered and no response to my requests to return the product that was delivered.

Just watch this before you buy anything related to this product:

This particular vendor is the worst I've seen yet for venting completely fabricated nonsense. It should be illegal. And calling it 'Air Conditioning' probably already is.

Like many others I can only say:
CRAP products, FRAUDULOUS noninformation on their website, claiming all kinds od fantastic customer service, this is complete nonsense.
They do not provide an address for returns and they never respond. The (totally useless, leaking) products arrived 6 weeks after ordering and having payed. This company should be prosecuted for fraud.

This company is extremely shonky. I have requested a refund a month ago and they will not provide an ABN for a complaint to the ACCC. STAY AWAY

Took a month to receive the Arctic air product that was sold as pole air ,item was broken and very cheap.

Be warned. The product is Polaire Air Cooler. The seller appears to be PandooShop but the billing and returns is Cscpremium.
Complete waste of time the product is broken and there is no return service available

Yes, I agree with all previous comments. A total rip off and can't even use the earcleaner it's so scratchy and badly made. Was not able to return it even before use. Thumbs down.

Avoid this company of charlatans. Shiny professional advertising. All a lure to pull you in. I received my special '50% off' purchase this morning. Rubbish. Tried to return it, was informed I ticked their T and C box which states personal items cannot be returned. Even if they are rubbish, not up to standard and falsely advertised? I paid €39 for something advertised as €78...even the customs declaration of USD $7.99 is an overstatement. Do NOT buy anything from these people.

I watched few videos of this company in YouTube, it is all a lie, it is so bad that there is a case to complain to YouTube and to request stopping showing these adds. Some people may consider YouTube is helping spreading lies when playing these videos. Please stay away from this company and its products.

Upon coming across an ad on YouTube for getpolaire.com, I was extremely frustrated at not being able to locate proper company details on their website.

Upon further investigation, I found the name of their company and tracked down that it is situated in the UK.

When a business intentionally chooses to bury their contact information deep within the fine print of the internet, it is usually a cause for concern.

Decided to run a quick search for the 'so-called' engineers who designed this portable air cooler, AND was not surprised to find no mention of them online -- neither with regards to their 'invention' nor with their supposed business relationship.

Buyer beware! A lack of transparency usually means only one thing...

They steal, lie and cheat.. You can find their products original ☝️ elsewhere cheaper. They say its theirs invention, always in a newly created company, but I have found several products now made by someone else..
Buy the original, where the owner actually will help you, don't support this hustler company!!!

Borderline criminal!
I placed an order and tried to cancel after about 2 hours. I got no confirmation so tried again repeatedly as they say you have only 8 hours to cancel. All attempts to cancel via their website and email were ignored until they eventually replied to say I was too late to cancel even though the product had not yet been shipped and the item also falls in their 'ineligible for return' category so I can't even send it back!
They deliberately stalled to force me into a purchase I did not want!
