Scam Red Skins
I won a red item on my site, but after the update when the price of red items increased, the site no longer allows withdrawal of red items. All red items on the site have updated their prices, but my item is the same as before. No, I can't exchange it for the updated price.

What you’re experiencing is related to how the system handles fixed inventory values vs. live market changes:
- When you obtain an item, its value is fixed at that moment in your inventory.
- After major market changes (like recent CS2 updates), Steam prices can increase, especially for red items.
- However, your item’s value on the site does not update retroactively, this is intentional and has always been part of the system.
Because of this:
- Some high-tier (red) items may become temporarily unavailable for withdrawal, since providers operate on current market prices.
- At the same time, your inventory value remains at the original (lower) level, which creates a mismatch.
This is not a scam or selective restriction - it’s a technical limitation between a fixed-value inventory system and a live external market. The same system also protects users when prices drop, so values don’t decrease after you win an item. In such cases, the available option is usually to use the Exchanger for items that are currently available.
We understand it can feel unfair, especially when prices rise, and we appreciate you bringing it up.
