Basically got scammed
Deposited a skin worth 150£, ran the balance up to 1500 credits, worth around 900£ and they wouldnt let me withdraw. live chat kept stalling until the trade hold period ended so i couldnt get my knife back, then started asking for multiple photos of my id and me stood in front of my pc which i sent, then they wouldnt let me withdraw and kept requesting more info. i then rage gambled it all away. 0/10 do not use this site lol, infact dont gamble skins at all crypto casinos exist for a reason. im also 99% sure they have bots playing on their website to make it look more active than it is

They blocked me for no reason at all.
To begin... I always deposit my money, play, and withdraw it before leaving. I don't like leaving money on these platforms.
Given that, I received a message saying I was using the platform for exchange operations, which is absurd. But okay, I said I understood their point and that I would avoid constantly withdrawing/depositing.
After that, I sent my referral link to a friend who started playing CSGO. I have one referral link, but I can't withdraw the balance because they say you need at least 5. Okay.
Given that, all hell broke loose. They keep finding problems. They claimed I should wager double my deposit because I had made too many deposits/withdrawals. Fine, I was playing, and at the same time, they notified my friend that he should send his documents, and so far nothing. At the same moment, they notified me too. So I sent a photo of myself, a photo of my ID next to my face, and proof of the payments I made. I'm waiting, but it's absurd, they keep finding problems. I hope they don't block my account; I didn't do anything illegal.
I want to be able to withdraw my balance even if it's for skins in CS:GO.

SCAM - BANNED -300$
I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but my experience with CSGOFAST was truly upsetting.
I deposited money into the platform and, for the first time in a long while, everything seemed to go well. I managed to make a profit of around 200 chips — nothing massive, but enough to feel excited and hopeful.
But that excitement didn’t last.
Out of nowhere, my account was banned.
I contacted support immediately, explaining that I deposited legitimately, that my profit was clean, and that all I wanted was access to my account and my money. I explained every detail clearly and provided everything they asked for.
And still… I was banned again.
No proper explanation, no real support, no transparency. Just a sudden shutdown of my account and the loss of the money I had trusted their platform with.
It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly disappointing to be treated like this after doing everything right. If you’re thinking about using CSGOFAST, please be careful. What happened to me shouldn’t happen to anyone.

Terrible withdraw system
Terrible withdraw system. They do not let you withdraw after winning. Waste of time and money. Support won't give you a direct answer to your question or issues. They are very vague and will stall you from days to months. It has currently been 8 days since my withdraw request but they still have me on hold. First they will tell you to wait patiently but in reality they are just stalling/not letting you withdraw. I waited 8 days since deposit and they say they will get back to you but they don't. I had to reach out and then it went from waiting for "technical department" to now "security department" for a manual verification which is insane. It took 8 days to go from "technical department" to now a manual verification and I had to reach out for the update when I was promised an update. This company is straight cheeks. No manager or supervisor to talk to as well. Just save your money and report this company.

Do not gamble here. This site used to be legit years ago but now they stop letting you withdraw. I deposited my skin and won huge from 3700 to 6000 and tried to withdraw. They will make you wait for "trade hold" and then hit you with a "manual verification." They will intentionally stall you or not pay you. In addition, support gives you no actual response. Every response they give is very vague and not an actual answer to your question.

The "trade hold" you mention might be related to trade limitations imposed by Steam, which is something we have no control over, even though we're still doing our best to provide the most optimal experience regardless of the Steam-related limitations and conditions - yet, we still have to take them into account.
