This site gives you a very fair experience and chance to win I have had no issues whatsoever and the support is super quick and to the point. I started playing on this site and I refuse to go to another one.

they look to find any means to delete your account and remove funds, I had a 560 balance on site, and I provided all KYC information requested of me; I also told them the next bit of information would be in 2 days. they responded to that message by saying they are closing my account.
they are obviously using any means possible to withhold funds, knowing they will unlikely face legal action. proper dodgy people.
edit: also when I try to log into the 'banned account' it requests 2fa, which makes it not possible for me to log in as I did not have 2fa activated. sh*xtty business practices

this site is just WOW im not saying i won big or anything im talking about support here… absolutely great experience yesterday i did a dumb thing and the second i put 25€ i instantly regreted it and wanted to put it back to crypto but i didnt realise thats against the rules i made a ticket and didnt expect to get a reply beacouse most of sites like steam etc i didnt get a reply for like 2 days but on csgoluck? 2 minutes. im serious it took 2 minutes to get a reply and until the 3rd minute hitted i already got my problem solved… as i said GREAT support massive W to the support guys they are always friendly and even if u do a dumb thing they wont judge you and they will just respond and get u back to putting it on black as i said, great site TOP support. keep it up!

super simple solutions to complex problems

This site is totally scam and please do not deposit ur funds are not safe there! I deposited around 70 dollars and they without any reason put an authenticator on my account and blocked it. I tried contacting them 1 month without stopping, 0 response. They once told me the funds will get refunded to ur creditcard which I never seen those money again.

THE MOST scam site i have EVER seen, ALWAYS the bomb is where i pick when i make a high stake bet. Absolute garbage website, WHAT are the odds that EVERY time i make a high stake bet the bomb is ALWAYS on my first pick. Dont play on this site.

Don't expect them to honour bonuses. Got an email with a bonus, deposited expecting my bonus, didn't receive it. Raise it with support and was just told they can't apply it. Absolute thievery.

Withdrawing skins works ok but once you try to withdraw more in crypto the will flag you with Multiaccount even when you submit IDs that prove othervise as me and my family member were gambling on this site one night of his visit. My family member submited ID where is shown adress of residency which is completely different to mine but they say multiaccount, block all accounts and take all winnings DONT PLAY HERE!

Currently have $5k~ balance held in his site and refusing to pay out even though he knows I've done absolutely nothing wrong.

Started playing on the site 2~ weeks ago, before signing up I checked the T&C's to see if UK was on their restricted list and it wasn't and still isn't to this moment when typing this out. I then signed up and decided to KYC before depositing, keep in mind I did this with all my UK details and they have a country option on both KYC and the Deposit list for 'United Kingdom'. My KYC was 'manually' checked and it then passed. I only played on my home IP in the UK and was never prompted on site that the website isn't available in my region (Like they of course should have if it wasn't)

I then deposited $1k~ and spun this up to roughly $5/6k~ in 2 days betting on CS2/COD, I can't check the exact amount because I'm no longer able to login. I then tried to withdraw and noticed it was locked at a $10 maximum but their minimum site is a $20 withdrawal so I reached out to the livechat and was told that my account will be getting locked immeditetely and I wouldn't be able to play/withdraw.

1 day later Paul Fitchford (The founder) then reached out to me asking to allow him time to review this and it would then be resolved, a day later I then recieve an email that basically said:
I'm from the UK so funds will be held even though it's CSGOLucks mistake.
He admits all my punting was 'genuine'.
He admits I did absolutely nothing wrong.
Told he'll be handling a review to see why my KYC was approved.

What gets better after this and getting told 'I will be reviewing why the KYC was approved but as this is a manual process, mistakes can happen. Given the gravity of allowing people to play from regulated markets, I’ll be handling this review personally.' I then went onto CSGOLucks reviews on trustpilot and the majority of their reviews are from users in regions they shouldn't be operating in, majority of the reviews are customers from US/UK.

It's very obvious what's going on here, they are just using the license as a way to not pay out any long term winning punters and closing them off with funds in their account and then to any losing recreationals they will of course just let them punt away and feedi them money. I wouldn't be here now if I was playing on their 'Case Battles'/Casino Games because I would still be losing money to them.

At first loved the site I got profit and I withdrawed. But when I came back tomorrow it said I added an authentication code. I checked for it everywhere my phone, mail, messeges, etc. But when I wrote an email to reach help from them I got ignored. I tried 2 times.
