They make changes to screw you over, not like you are ever going to make money anyway, it freezes assets, requires multi layer verification and even with that makes your experience miserable, the games lag and are very buggy, the overall experience is absolute garbage for the amount of money they are making, they will always find a way to make you gamble, even when you just want to use the marketplace! I think everyone has already said enough about new rewards, so I'll skip on that!

Now they've locked my account completely, requesting a third party ID to be passed trough me as sign that user has given me permission to use their card, it happened more than 9 months ago, now that I make a 3k euro crypto deposit they asked me to send them proof, but I don't even have contact of the person the card was used, instead of following their so called policy and giving me a cooldown for not providing their "proof" as they even state in their policy they just ignored, didn't give me any other way to clear my account, the deposits from that card were below 100euro total, I have deposited over 30k euros was 2 levels away from lvl80! It's interesting how they can ask for something only when I make a bit bigger deposit but I could make 100euro deposits with my cards no problem for 9+ months!
BE AWARE, They might be preparing for EXIT SCAM! Legit business wouldn't screw up a customer that has spent so much money with them! The funds never have had problems and all has been verified, these scums just find ways to get rid of you "legally" they hide behind their shady policies! Karma will catch your business anyway!

Worst company to have anything to do with they banned me falsely long time ago i tried contacting support they refused said I broke the rules but it was sorted like 6 months ago i had 2 accounts there and they said one of the accounts have to be banned so one got banned out and after like 6-8 months out of nowhere my other account got banned and they said i broke the tos stay away from this site!

Biggest Downgrade in History!
The new "Update" was the biggest downgrade in the history of csgoroll.
What I love the most is that I spent around 15k real money to reach level 50 for the Daily Cases and now they just added a "FREE" reward system nobody understands and which doesn't pay back anything.
I was happy to make my 0.50 and sometimes 16 coins or sth. everyday from dailies before, now I am happy that I don't even make a cent out of it : )

Changed the bad way
Recently, the daily rewards and features keep getting changed and (as usuall) nerfed, and it feels like every update makes the experience worse for regular users. As a customer, I don’t feel appreciated at all, many of the changes seem to take away value instead of adding anything positive. Support was also slow and not very helpful when I reached out. Overall, the platform feels less rewarding and more confusing with every update. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend it anymore.

We'd like to reiterate, that users can still level. Instead of requiring users to level 10 times to get to the next unlock, they only need to get 1 now to rank up or 3 to reach the next tier of ranks. Because of this the xp per coin/chip spent has also been reduced.
Ranking up at all will now reset the amount of opens you can use on your daily rewards so these are far from gone. As well as if you do use all your opens, you can still lockpick your cases every day.

Terrible Update
I’ve been playing on CSGORoll for years now, and honestly, I never thought I’d reach the point where I’d feel so disappointed and flat-out betrayed. The recent “reward system” changes are one of the biggest let-downs I’ve seen since I started using the site. It feels like the people running CSGORoll have completely forgotten who kept their platform alive all this time — the loyal players who showed up day after day, month after month, year after year.
The old system wasn’t perfect, but at least it felt fair. You could grind, you could be active, and you actually saw something come back for your time. But this new setup? It genuinely feels like a slap in the face. It’s like they took everything players appreciated and replaced it with something that looks shiny on the outside but is absolutely hollow on the inside. It rewards nobody except the house, and pretending otherwise doesn’t make it any less obvious.
What really hits the hardest is how little they seem to care. There’s no communication, no transparency, no acknowledgement of how drastically they gutted the rewards — nothing. Just a silent rollout, as if the community wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t care. But we do care. Some of us have been here for years, supporting the site through every update, event, downtime, and redesign. And this is what we get in return? A system that actively punishes loyal players while offering practically nothing meaningful?
It honestly feels like being stabbed in the back after years of loyalty. The message this new system sends is loud and clear: player experience doesn’t matter. Long-time customers don’t matter. The only thing that matters is squeezing out whatever they can, even at the cost of the people who built the platform into what it is today.
I never thought I’d see CSGORoll go down a path like this, but here we are. If this is the direction they want to move in, then they’re going to lose exactly what made their community strong in the first place — the players who actually cared. And it’s sad to watch it happen.
