Unable to lock door

I couldn't lock my front door & although Ed couldn't get out to me he told me something to try which worked & I wouldn't have thought of myself so very grateful to him.

Superb and first rate service.

The operative was polite, efficient, helpful and made my elderly wife feel safe and relaxed. Because she was on her own at the time (and somewhat wary of strangers on the doorstep ), there was a female member of staff accompanying the locksmith which relieved the situation.
The company gave us an OAP discount and there was no callout charge.
I would recommend them to anyone
