I ordered coins over two months ago from the commercial that said they were in stock. A big selling feature, but each time I call I am told due to high demand they are not in stock. The last time I called they said I would be moved high on the priority list and I would get an e-mail to confirm. Been over a week, no E-mail and no updates. I was assured I would get my coins, but I am a little nervous.

Ive ordered the 5 coin quarter dual continuity set. Back in March. Ive only received one set of the quarters out of the five. The Mayflower. I haven't received any news or updates or anything concerning the rest of them. No communication at all.

Always delivered what I ordered. A bit slow on in stock items, though.

I ordered 2026 silver eagle box set in February just received last week. The tv show said they would be dual date numbered set they were just ms70 2026 eagles they've had my money since February. Someone should have informed me I wasn't getting what was advertised now your selling dual date eagles for over 400 a piece. I understand now why I didn't get mine. I will never again order from csn buyers beware of the bait an switch

All the coins I've ordered look good and are like they are advertised. My 1 and only complaint is the lack of communication about my orders. 1st off, I know what I'm complaining about are the 250th quarter rolls and I'm sure by watching the Sat. and Sun. shows on the History channel that the 250th coins are very popular and in demand. But over a week ago the charge for the 2nd shipment of the Dual Date Quarters was posted to my credit card on May 13th. Not pending but posted. Today is May 24th. So, I've paid for the coins but have not seen or heard anything about the coins being shipped or when to expect them to arrive. I keep checking my account on my orders and only see the 1st shipment of the quarters which. With nothing about the 2nd shipment. It's tough to be in the dark with no communication from CSN.

First of all let me give out a shout out to Brannen at CSN. He has taken the time and personal touch to make sure my purchases meet my expectation. The quality from viewing cable TV presentations to sale to receipt of product has been fantastic. Package and security has been very good. My latest procurement has been one of the best yet and I have literally dozens of sets of CSN products. CSN Mint is top shelf for quality.

We regret to inform you that this specific item, which includes the numbered label/certificate, has sold out due to extremely limited availability and higher-than-expected demand.
They were unable to fulfill my order with the exact version that features the numbered label because of a glitch in there ordering system and thus my one coin that I ordered could not be filled. During the advertising programs the representative ensured that the coin would be delivered but due to the purchase of these coins in blocks of 20 my order was not "placed in time."

The products CSN provides are always excellent. No problem there. The shipping process is very slow up to four weeks or longer.

My first two orders took longer than I expected, but I understand about supply and demand. Very pleased with the look of the coins that I ordered. What I'm not pleased about is the delivery of a silver coin that was pretty expensive. I was expecting to have to sign for it, as I do with another company I purchase from. Nope, this small package, about the size of a postcard, was left laying on my front porch in the rain by FedEx. No text or message that it had been delivered. Good thing my husband noticed it when he did.

I have ordered several options from CSN. The price and quality are on point.

i have been dealing with csn for over 20 years, i have never had a problem and have always been treated with the greatest of respect

Probably never do business with these people again. Extremely slow delivery. Not happy with the way they portray the items they sell. I could have walked to their location and back again faster than their delivery method. Can't help feel like I got taken by their fast talking sales pitch... Adios CSN!

Really enjoyed the process to get the coins that I want the Silver's is beautiful and uncirculated and gorgeous items as well as a gold bars

I ordered some coins which were in stock. Four weeks later I received my credit card bill which had the coins billed but I have not received my coin order. Called customer service and they said their policy is to bill immediately but products ship 6-8 weeks later. Since when does a customer pay and then wait! They said it was their policy and if I didn’t like that to find another supplier. Will not order from then again nor will I recommend them to anyone!!

Easy to order, ships fairly quick depending on stock. Associate may call if there is any issues or to verify your order.

I see the tv ads a lot & I do find either unique or interesting items on air l do shop around to find items but I found that the communication timeliness of shipping & an occasional follow up call referencing an order was good business

Personal interactions with the staff of CSN made it simply a positive action when purchasing coins at very reasonable cost versus some competitors that not only charged more but had a significate credit card charge that did not exist with CSN purchases. There is no better place to purchase gold and silver coins for my collection. Thank you CSN and specifical Mr. Cory Cady.

I have purchased several orders with CSN Mint. I follow Mike Mezack mostly on HSN. I started using CSN and Collectors Alliance because Mike was associated with them. I do at times find either CSN or CA prices to be more fairer than HSN, at time, not always. The problem with CSN is the 6 weeks it always take to receive any order. I feel they use your money for 6 weeks. Most of the time the items are already in stock but they don't ship it. They use the money to front load their purchases without having to go to the bank and get a loan for their use. Pricing is fair, the items ship come in good order, no damage, Communication is slow on status of orders. Although, the big negative is takes 6 weeks to get an order sent to you. I shop 90% HSN (Home Shop Network) now. HSN ship right away, Have payment option, the coins are 100% real and returns are never a problem. At times, HSN on TV can be more expensive but they offer full product information on exactly what your buying and CS is available immediately either by chat or phone. CSN is a small family run organization which small, slow, and not respondent to change to provide faster, better, communicative service.
