Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a custom piece from them and it took over a year to receive. It was supposed to be ready in about 6wks. I had to hound the owner constantly. Calls, emails, IG messages with only occasional responses promising delivery. When I asked her for my money back after about 6months she refused and just made more promises. I didn't even want or need the piece at that point but she continued to refuse my refund request for another 6+ months. She finally sent the piece after a year. I was thoroughly disgusted and didn't even want to display it. I recommend that no one trust her.
