These people are total scammers. I ordered a baseball cap in October 2025 and i never got it! It is now March 2026 and I haven’t received my order. When i complained i was told i could only get a partial refund because they cannot get their merchandise back and i would have to pay for their loss. I explained to them that they can see that the order hasn’t been delivered and therefore why am I being penalised for their mistake or that of the courier company!
DO NOT TRUST THEM OR ANYTHING THEY ARE SELLING, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS!
I HAVE REQUESTED MY BANKS FRAUD DEPARTMENT TO DEAL WITH THIS MATTER AND I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMED TO DO THE SAME!!!!

These people are complete scammers. I ordered a usb drive and i never got it, it went to another warehouse supposedly and when i complained i was told i could only get a partial refund because they cannot get their merchandise back and i would have to pay for their loss.

Thieves!!!! I have not received my merchandise and it’s been more than a month. I tried emailing them because they don’t have a phone number. They keep providing fake tracking information

I ordered a phone camera filter from this company. I got the item but they used counterfeit postage. I had to pay extra postage to pick it up from the post office. Do not buy from this company.

They should not be allowed to advertise their unexisting products!
They give e me a wrong tracking number trying to blame the UK carrier.

The customer service from this company is terrible. I bought two Led Light packages, and one package was missing one of the products. I emailed several times asking for a replacement package or at least send the missing part. Without the missing part, the product is useless and nonoperational. They offered instead a $10US rebate.
I strongly advise potential customers not to buy any products from this company. They deserve a lower rating than one star.

My son really likes these shoes, and he can be picky with comfort. So far the soles and the Velcro has lasted a lot longer than other shoes we’ve had!
