CTD have a great selection of tiles at good prices. Andy always helps me out (as do others) in finding the right tile for the job I'm working on. When looking for a non slip tile for a shower room Andy & his colleague went above & beyond in helping make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Thanks guys

Popped in today to buy some silicone for a flooring job we are carrying out and wanted to match closely. The 4 gentlemen I saw were all polite and helpful and pointed me in the correct way and showed me a colour sheet to match. Will go back very helpful thank you

I would of given yourselves 5 stars but unfortunately due to your excessive prices which have increased around 18% over the past 2 years this cannot happen. I've been with CTD Darlington for 23 years now. We have been a very important customer, with large projects along with our trust & loyalty we decided to keep our business with yourselves during your turbulent times. Unfortunately due to your new agressive pricing structures this partnership cannot continue. Your new company and management need to get there heads out of the clouds.

Great customer service experienced this week at the Birkenhead CTD Tiles store. Very helpful, knowledgeable and great advice given. Really good priced deals too. My need was to replace an old damaged bathroom tile, while it wasn’t held by CTD, every effort was made to help me source the repair tiles I had hoped for.

I recently visited your store in norwich and I found the staff there were very helpful especially the manager I think his name is Stuart and I will be returning in the near future.

They were really helpful in helping me find tiles I liked for my bathroom project. Then they kept the price they'd quoted me originally, even though prices had risen in the meantime. When I collected the tiles, they loaded them into my car.

We ordered bathroom floor and wall tiles from their Newcastle branch. Unfortunately, whilst 3 out of 4 various size tile options were perfect, another set in a different size, had a slightly different pattern. When we complained, they acknowledged our issue and took them back without any argument, and supplied us more of the correct pattern. Emails and telephone call responses came very quickly and we were impressed by their care and speedy attention. I wish all suppliers could have their attitude to customer care.

I needed some tiles to match my existing bathroom, the only place that stocked them was here (they were being discontinued). Tim was extremely helpful in holding the last packs for me whilst I arranged a courier, as well as safely packaging and helping facilitate the shipping. Great communication and customer service throughout. The order was small value for CTD, but meant I've not needed to re-tile a whole bathroom, so a huge help for me. Above, beyond and not unnoticed.
