SCAM. Fraud, at first everything looks good until the moment you want to pay. Then they tell you that they are having technical difficulties and that they are working on them. It has been like this for 7 months Pure fraud. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

Looks good at first, but once you invested a good amount of money the problems start. My account has been blocked now for several times without a clear reason and every time it's taking forever to get it activated again. This is taking al lot of time and is costing money since you're not able to continue mining.

Account suspended after I sent verification documents — no response since
I've been using the CT Pool app and believe I've lost money to this company. My account was suspended without a clear explanation. Support requested identity/verification documents, which I sent on [date]. Since then, I have received no reply — no confirmation, no update, nothing.
I've tried contacting support multiple times with no result. Based on other reviews here, this appears to be a common pattern: accounts get suspended right when users try to withdraw larger amounts, and support goes silent after documents are submitted.
I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and considering a report to the relevant cybercrime authorities. I'd strongly caution others before depositing funds into this platform.. They are thieves and con artists. It’s been two months, and they haven't replied.

Redemptions from ct pool mining, and it's sister app nc wallet, ceased some months ago. I can report that my redemptions are still blocked.

I've invested with them for years and when I finally tried to withdraw, my request remained pending for more than a year. I emailed them several times but didn't receive a proper response. Only smaller withdrawals seemed to be allowed, while I still couldn't access the rest of my funds. It has been frustrating watching the request remain pending for so long. My experience with #road to millions# has been different so far. I've requested withdrawals without being asked to made additional deposits and the process has been straightforward based on my experience.

My withdrawals have been pending for several months and nothing had been done. The support kept mute to all my messages, sincerely this site is a NO for all investors. Gladly, I am now with .#Vine. Hash..# support are always helpful and my withdrawals has been going smoothly.

CT pool account suspension:
My CT pool account is suspended from 08.07.26
I mailed to the admin and he asked some documents for verification. I provided everything they asked for but from CT pool support team there's no response. What is this I don't understand? If CT pool support team does not response I will take legal action against the company.

Member since May 2024 everything seemed fine with small amounts. But the minutes I tried to withdraw bigger funds, they blocked all my accounts instantly. They are parasites who steal your coins the moment your balance grow.

Every withdrawal request I've made on #TRADE GOVERNANCE# has gone through without issue. They don't manufacture arbitrary rules or restrictions when it's time to cash out.

Beware, they are a group of scammers. I have invested for over ten years, and I decided one day to try withdrawing because my withdrawal request has been pending for more than three years. I've emailed them multiple times, but they do not respond. They are scammers. They only allow withdrawals of ten dollars or less. I have invested more than five thousand dollars, and I still can't withdraw a cent; my withdrawal is still pending.

Not fake money, but fake earning. They really do give you real money. They sent me to my bitcoin wallet. But you can't earn anything. You only lose money. So I used this only to convert some real money to crypto money. But it was with time and money loss (about 3 months for 20 USD test). So, this is fake earning app, but they give real money. And worst thing is button is turning off periodically, so you have to turn it on. And no, their android app does not have to be running all the time, because everything happens on the cloud, except to periodically check and turn on if button goes off. I lost 3 months to test lowerst package i paid, and I only lost a bit, but eventually got crypto which I could not get the other way in my country.

A product managed by incompetent people who, faced with the smallest of problems, don't know what to do ! Subscriber for 1.5 years ($1,000 + 50% earnings reinvested). Since early July 2026 I can't log in, like many other users. Support is useless: only automated copy-paste replies, never a real technician. After days of follow-ups, my account got SUSPENDED for alleged "terms violation" — no refund, no explanation. I used to believe in this project, now I'm disappointed. Hoping for a real response here (Ticket Id: POOL-81154). Today: 06-08-2026 the problem still persists. Probably a scam.

I started with a test amount and when I tried to withdraw $10 it took 1 month and many excuses.
I have now been waiting 1 month again with the same excuses and no sign of getting paid.
I honestly don't trust that I will make any money with them.

I really appreciate this app and everything that it offers decent payout but stops mining if I'm not on the app 24/7

Great investment platform. Strongly recomand

I was member since may 2024. Started with small investment. Things worked fine. But after I started taking bugger funds, like 300 usdt. They blocked all my CT accounts. CT pool, CT browser, NC wallet,... Oh Lord, make lightening strike burn all their evil nest....

Withdrawal went well although was only a small amount, will re rate when big amounts be witdrawed, What you can do to assist is by big contracts with a monthly debit order to make it easier and affordable.

I've been using CT Pool for a few weeks now, sceptical at first with so many scam apps knocking about. I used the free miner to see how it worked, realising the potential for trickle income. I've invested in a couple of long term miners, and withdrawn funds when they got to around $70 without issue. I keep the withdrawal limits low having read numerous reports of problems with NC Wallet, which appears to have been hijacked. Hundreds are reporting issues withdrawing their mined income which is a bit of a worry. I've asked CT Pool customer services a couple of times if it is possible to link an outside wallet but received no response yet.
The app works well, there's good discounts and incentives available, but I've opted not to invest further until the withdrawal issues are resolved. The potential this app has is clear to see for investors, returning 100% profit over time. It's hard to tell if this is part of a bigger operation, it could be, I'm not getting any confidence from the lack of CS response. As it stands, I'm mining, making small amounts and able to withdraw so make up your own mind.

Well i like it all. But there should never be a timer on my mining speed to shut off. I paid money for the mining to keep going non stop. It ur gonna have a timer on the mining to stop. Refund some of my money I paid for mining.
