My wife's medical trip to Cuba was cancelled at the beginning of June 2025. Since then we cannot receive a promised refund, nobody has responded on emails and voice messages on the phone. Impossible to reach anybody, seems like they're playing a game with clients. Very unreliable company.
Reached out 3 times on their automated chat each time it said they were busy and I'd hear back in a few days and each time nothing.
Looked them up in their web site for a phone number and phoned them. I was told to right a letter explaining what it was I am looking for "RFL surgery". I was informed that they may not be doing this procedure at this time because of possible shortages. Well here we are almost a week later after sending an email and nothing. It appears to just be a waste of time and effort.
