This has nothing to do with real Cuban food.
The only Cuban is that they give the dishes Cuban names.
They attract the people with a happy hour (2 cocktails for the price of 1)
But the food is disgusting. Nothing fresh as mentioned at the menu. Everything is microwave (re)heated.
The meat is dry and though like leather, the rice too mushy and the black beans are drowning in grease.
The portions are very small and prices are not fit to this.
To be short, a horrible experience. Avoid them !

Excellent service from arrival to departure from Alex who is a credit to the business & to the hospitality industry. Fantastic food, great mohitos & refreshing fruit coolers. Great vegetarian selection too. Will definitely revisit when next in London

Very slow service. We were seated and then waited 15 minutes but no one came to take our order. The staff walked around us and completely ignored us and made no eye contact.
Eventually I had to get up and ask the waiter to come and take our order. Really bad service.
Otherwise drinks are fine.
