We feel scammed
We have just paid one year of lessons (700 Euros) two weeks ago, and are already experiencing major issues.
No lectures are taking place since 2 weeks, since cube Chinese is merging with Lingo Ace. By accepting to transition to lingoace, the customer loses the right to be reimbursed - which means that even if lingoace does a horrible job with my kid, I lost my money already.
I contacted the assistance but of course nobody is answering. This feels like a complete scam. If you are thinking about subscribing now or renew a package, don't do it.

Fun Learning Chinese with CubeChinese
My daughter has been with CubeChinese for a year. She is more confident conversing in Chinese now and will always try to use Chinese to share her thoughts and experience as much as she can. She enjoys talking to the teacher and listening to the stories.

TangTang LaoShi is my child’s favourite teacher. Her classes are interactive and she’s extremely patient. Managed to keep my child’s focus on her without being harsh. My child loves her teacher from Chinese Cube. They use songs and games to teach and try to engage with her in conversation about things that occur during the lesson in a spontaneous way.

My 5 year old has been having lessons…
My 5 year old has been having lessons with cubechinese for a few months now. The focus has been more on getting my girl to express herself in chinese (e.g. from teaching her nouns to getting her to communicate in short sentences). I find that she's more comfortable with communicating in mandarin in daily life now. Her teacher is very patient and creative, going the extra mile to find out what my girl likes (e.g. fave cartoon character) and incorporating it into her lessons to spark her interest. Recommended!
Great Learning Material and Teacher
I am a mom living in Singapore. My daughter is not willing to speak Chinese in school.
After I searched online for review of different Chinese learning platform, I decided to try Cube Chinese trial class.
My daughter and I attended the trial class on last Sat. My daughter liked the book(pdf form), music video and story telling video on Classin. She kept watching before lesson started. During the lesson (30 mins), she was willing to sit down on the chair and play game with teacher. It was a good start.
Cube Chinese has 8-lesson package which I don’t need to pay for serval months or one year at one go. I paid for this package so that my daughter can try for two more months before enrolling in long term course.
Teachers are dedicated
The teachers are very dedicated, engaged and have patience in teaching. My daughter enjoys the lesson and I can see improvement in her learning. Greatly recommend CUBEChinese!
