Have used the guys at Cube for a few years to store ambient and temperature controlled items and have always been very happy with the service they provide.

Easy to hire and de-hire which makes life a lot less stressful.

Was worried about condensation over winter but was pleased that everything was dry and no damage anywhere to be seen.

Great customer service also.

Safe and secure specialist storage. I always received prompt responses to all communication. Very helpful staff and storage is reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cube Self Storage.

Cannot speak too highly of the service received at the Cube Uckfield depot. Despite the fact I was retrieving my goods and closing the contract the customer assistant (Rod) went out of his way to be charming, proactive and most helpful. Brilliant service all round. Much appreciated and deserving of credit.

Excellent service from a very friendly staff team. Always willing to help and advise. Storage is clean, welcoming and well maintained. All very good.

So far, so excellent! The storage facility was easy to arrange and the staff are a great team, very courteous and helpful! When my things were moved in, the team made sure my removals people were given a proper time slot. I can access my things 6 days a week, and I have peace of mind as the building is very secure. The units are clean and the right temperature. I am very happy with this service and would recommend Cube!

From quote to completion the Cube team were professional, friendly and reliable an exceptional company who I would recommend over and over again.
Dan carried out our quote and it was easy to see he had lots of experience in his field. Dan worked for both the company and you the customer to ensure all basis were covered.
Paul the director administered an excellent balance of communication via text, emals and phone calls.
I requested boxes prior to our move and these was dropped off within a few days along with tape and paper. The quality was excellent and plentiful, without question more was delivered when requested.
Dan, Andrew, Merv, Paul 2 and Valentine arrived the day before move day and worked non stop from 8.30 till 5pm dismantling beds, wardrobes, packing the kitchen and emptying the house. It is still hard to believe the copious amount of items in one garden shed. We have had fun, the lads worked so hard, were all respectful, professional and approachable.
Day 2 another early start with Dan, Andrew, Tommy and Valentine finishing off one house to start the process all over again at the other. Apart from a 15 minutes lunch break the lads did not stop working, unpacking, assembling and moving items for us. They asked were items should be placed nothing was just left and each item was treated as if it was there own. The communication skill level from Dan and Andrew on move day was fabulous who then passed this onto the team.
Our move day went smoothly and the lads went above and beyond what we expected. A big thank you to all the lads especially Andrew and Dan who organised a big move and ensured we had a fantastic customer experience. Dan and Andrew are lads we communicated most with, this ensured you did not repeat yourself it was a great system but all the staff we dealt with were very competent.
Four days laters on my request Dan returned once more to collected the empty boxes, after one phone call to Paul who organised promptly. No pressure was put on us to return the boxes within a few days but in our own timeframe which reduced the pressure as you are trying to organise your new home.
Paul and his team from admin to the experienced removal team are an asset to company cube. It is hard to believe that this company is still relatively new in the market. The company ethos in our opinion is ensure that your house move is a positive experience with little stress.
I have not put about cost and in any feedback forum it is important, Cube's price is certainly value for money and then some. It was money well spent as the service given was certainly 100%.

Great storage company who were flexible to allow me to split my storage needs between two lock-ups so I could empty one on moving whilst i renovated house

when an error was made on the finances side following the reduction in space needed this was quickly rectified and over paid funds returned immediately

I can not find fault with Cube Self Storage.

Additional storage space was needed whilst we had some building work undertaken. From start to finish the process of making the arrangements was very smooth and the price quoted was very competitive.

It is a very easy location to reach, when there it's also very easy to unload vehicles and move items to your storage unit with plenty of space and use of trollies of varying sizes and types depending on what you need to move. The time sensor lighting can be a pain, especially if you're trying to work in your unit as every 10 minutes or so you end up in the pitch dark unless you keep moving back into the main corridors. So take a torch with you if you need unbroken time in your unit (for example doing a stock take).

The only other slight downside at the moment (and there are very understandable reasons for this due to the pandemic) is you need to book time slots to attend and the building isn't open at weekends which makes things a little more tricky in managing times around a working week, especially as the store is officially only open in normal working hours (9-5).

All in all I would recommend them to anyone in need of some temporary additional storage space.

This is the third time we have used Cube self Storage and they are always brilliant. The latest move involved storing furniture in order to let our house. Unfortunately, due entirely to our mistake, the vital set of keys for the tenants disappeared into a box in storage. Cube got two men to completely empty the storage space to go through all the boxes. Thank goodness the keys were found. All done so quickly and no fuss. I can't thank them enough for getting it all sorted so easily.

Arrived at their reception about a year ago, very tired, emotionally drained, from clearing out my parents house. Nothing like a tearful woman walking when you least expect it!
From the friendly welcome of 'Nothing was too much trouble attitude' then to their covid regulated operating hours now, all the team at Cube in Uckfield have been amazing, friendly & professional. Units are well kept, clean & safe. I'm sad to go (sorted out all the unit..go me) but recommended to many already. Thanks guys, you're the BEST!

It's not just because they got the best friendly customer service, even they always there to help you out if you need any help about your storage size or even if you get strigling with any thing, they are there to help you with big heart,
I know the company it's not to larg in the, I mean the company, but truly speaking them storage space it's bigger than Big Yellow self storage and other
And even the cost & rent it's so perfect & good much better than other self storage company, specially in south London or East Sussex,
Well don't West your time to think about making decisions,
Just go there and have look and talk with Staffs, and am sure they will finding best way to help you
And they are nor just too nice even they will asking you would you like any drinks😁 👌

Cube Self-Storage has been wonderful in providing me with some extra-stuff storage needs. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. They picked up/delivered my stuff back to me in London hassle-free (which was appreciated as I do not have a car). None of the things I stored were of high value or particularly sensitive (wine, fine art, etc.), so I cannot attest to security/humidity/temp, etc.

Everyone I've interacted with at Cube has been lovely. I highly recommend them!
