Must say, a nice Tech Support. I was stuck in the middle of email conversion for my Office 365 they help me to complete the process smoothly.

I am the satisfied customer of CubexSoft, i am using the email backup solution for my data migration.

Software does not work and they do not honour their own refund policy, don't use this company even if there is no other option.

My experience with CubexSoft Support was great. I purchased vCard Exporter and within an hour I received license key.

First, they send me an acknowledgement of the payment, but not the activation code. Finally got someone to send me that, when it should have been sent without my asking. Then, I found that their OLM converter application did not work and they will not supply any support at all. I tried emailing support many times - never got a response. I tried the online chat. They came on and said can I help you, but then never responded any further. After 20 Minutes, they came back and said, "You are in the business queue" I asked what that meant. 10 minutes later, they said, "Support will send you an email." How is support supposed to email me with a solution, if the chat never asked me to describe my problem? It has now been 2 weeks. No one ever got back to my support requests. And the OLM converter still does not work.

Amazing product, excellent customer service. I have used several of their programs flawlessly and super easy to use. Highly recommend.

Had a problem activating the software, but they were really quick and helpfull with the new activaction key.

Purchased product, never got a download link, never got a registration key, never got a response on their chat. Thankfully I paid with Amazon so can just reverse the charges.

** The reply stating that they sent the activation details is a lie. They never sent anything and to this day (12/23) have still never contacted me.

I bought the Thunderbird Export converter. All seem well except the moment I wanted to add the Registration Key to unlock the Demo version. There was always the "Please provide Valid Data" message. After several new non working keys I got no more answers to my mails.
So for me a waste of time and money. At least the registration process should work. I can only warn...

YES you send several of them but none of them worked - as I wrote above. So no help - only a lost of money and a case for a lawer

My needs : Zimbra mailboxes migration to Microsoft 365.
During several weeks, I tested the demo version of CubexSoft Zimbra Export. There were many sent emails in order to fix all the bugs. Each time, they have fixed them.
After that, I have bought the technician version. Bad luck, the full version haven't worked. Several emails have sent to the support, no response.
So I have tried to get refund it, silence too...
Hopefully, I had payed by Paypal. I have been refund by them, thanks to them.
Shame on CubexSoft !

Excellent customer service. Very easy to use software as well.

Tried Mac email tools, it works perfectly and Tech support team helps me through remote connection to complete the task of my data migration for Mac.

Much appreciated, hope to get some more good products from Cubex basket.

I had very good experience with the Cubex Team, as i am using Email Backup tool of Cubexsoft. It perfectly helps me to download and save all emails from my Cloud based environment to my local machine.

I recently purchased technical license of Zimbra Converter and got the activation key within half an hour of placing the order. I was facing issues with activating the software then after contacting the support team, it was easily done.

I bought MDaemon Converter yesterday. I also had activation key issue but then I thought to contact directly to support team and discussed the same with them. They are facing little issues but successfully got the license after I have sent them email directly at support ID.
