We recently purchased our new home and had the pleasure of dealing with Esme and her team throughout the process. From start to finish, Esme was absolutely fantastic.
She was professional, friendly, patient and incredibly supportive throughout what could have been a very stressful process. Her communication was excellent, she always kept us updated and she went above and beyond to help keep everything moving forward.
Esme genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home and was always there whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. Her professionalism and personal approach made such a difference to us.

5 stars to Julia Francis
If I was rating Julia Francis solely, I would award 5 stars. She has been a machine in pulling together a sale that she had not been involved with, that was dragging for months and in danger of falling through.
Julia was efficient, determined, communicative, professional, and turned the situation around within two weeks from no progress to finally getting an exchange through, while holding everyone's hand.
I would go to the estate agent that Julia was based in if I was looking to buy or sell.

Received no response from my original…
Received no response from my original enquiry about a property to arrange a viewing once details were sent over. It then took 2 emails and 2 calls to get a response and be told it was no longer available. I think this is very poor customer service.

Great letting agency
I had a great experience with Cubitt & West over the past 18 months. They were always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. Communication was excellent throughout, and any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated their helpful and approachable attitude.
