Horrible people to work with. Tried to con us at the end and take extra money from us. Felt forced to leave what we made our home. Heartless people.

STAY AWAY!!!
My partner and I had a signed lease agreement, deposit and 5 weeks rent paid upfront with our move in date and time confirmed. With little explanation, they informed my Partner and I that the landlord is cancelling the lease agreement 24 hours before our move in. Their justification "we have never heard of a landlord do this before, it is extremely strange". As we dealt with Cubix and not the landlord, they clearly managed the entire situation poorly, leaving two prospective young tenants homeless right before they were due to move in. If you have a property to manage look elsewhere! If you are a tenant looking for a rental,look elsewhere!

I can't believe the audacity. The apartment they showed us was an absolute dump, a far cry from the glamorous photos on the listing. It's clear how you are trying to swindle unsuspecting renters with your deceptive tactics. I compared the photos on Spareroom with the actual flat and I can confirm that it's absolutely a different property than the one advertised. I even told the agent who was showing us the place that maybe there was a misunderstanding as we thought she was showing us the wrong place, but she had the audacity to lie and tell us that it was just a bit renovated and the furniture was different.

I am very offended about how you played with our time. It took us more than one hour to get there and you have the guts to cheat and deceive us like this.

Just a heads up that I will report this to Spareroom as well and see a way of writing a formal legal complaint.

We use Cubix estate agents for the management of our rental property. They are very professional, always look out for the best possible outcome both for the landlord and tenants.

I would recommend their services as they give a personal level of interest to what they prove you unless some other agencies where you are just another number.
