Horrible experience/Scam company

Horrible experience! Scam company! I ordered for Christmas - 100 blocks, special block set, and figurines. When I tried to cancel when I saw they would not come by Christmas, they denied canceling. They still “shipped”. I got about 10 fake looking blocks openly wrapped in a tiny box. Nothing else.

I returned it, requested a refund and they have refused with multiple emails to them. They said it all came and I am 100% sure it didn’t. Even the tracking shows 3 packages and they said it was all in one box.

Complete scam and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT buy from them!

This is as scam

This is as scam! I still haven’t received my blocks (2 orders $200!) I received confirmation of shipping weeks ago but could not track the order! It prompts that safari cannot locate server! No communication since then! I have filed a claim with American Express to refund my money and to dispute this charge.

This appears to be a scam

This appears to be a scam. I purchased an item a couple of weeks ago, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. I received an order confirmation, but the item has still not been dispatched, and there has been no communication from the company. Unfortunately, it seems I may have been scammed.
