This is the worst company ever. They keep closing tickets without providing any answers. I've tried to get a refund for the paid amount and also attempted to get a server instead, but I have received no response!

Good support but i got a bad cs:go server. I expected more from "4.8Ghz Xeon", server had high var values (around 2.000ms with 11 bots on the server and jumping from 0.020 to 2.000 when i was ALONE on the server). They offered to fix it in 24 - 48 Hours but i don't have time for that, it should be good from the start.
Ping is good but not the best for players outside of France. There are server hosting providers with much better pings.
And you can't get a refund when you don't like the server so i just wasted my money on this server.
Overall 2/5 atleast the support is good unlike the server i got...

As we told you in view of the situation facing the Covid 19 we have not yet received the nodes that we need to properly host CS: GO servers, this will be resolved within 48 hours maximum.
