The Reps of Cuddle Clones are awesome
This is the first time using this company although I have wanted to get my clone of "Sheila" since she went over the rainbow about 5 months ago. I have interacted with the reps at Cuddle Clones on getting more pictures with different angles. Once I asked if I could send another picture. And once they actually reached out to me for a "belly shot". Details, they really strive to make their creations as lifelike and look as real as your memories.
I am trying to wait patiently for my 8 weeks to go by until I can hug her again. I will write again when I see the finished product.

Quick to respond to my email regarding making some changes to my order. Adrianne, the customer service agent who assisted me was very sympathetic and helpful to addressing any questions and concerns I had. I am very excited to get the plush I ordered for my daughter. Muffin, her beloved dog was supposed to be a part of her wedding, happening this month. Sadly, we lost her unexpectedly due to cancer and my daughter is devastated. She was going to put a picture of Muffin on a table so she can be present for the wedding. Im hoping to get this plush on or before the big day so in a way, she will have something tangible to hold on to, not just memories of Muffin. I know this will be a meaningful surprise for her.

I first stumbled across these lovely creations a few days after our young boy died suddenly from cancer. My husband was heartbroken so I was trying to find some sort of keepsake. I'm so happy I found cuddle clones! At first I wasn't so sure with the steep price, but I decided to go ahead and I'm so happy I did! The customer service to get my stuffed animal to look just right was phenomenal!! I must have sent over 20 messages to make sure they got every little spot! Ty so much again!!

I purchased a product for Christmas…AND IT SUCKS
I purchased a product for Christmas gift that was left at our home accidentally after Christmas, and the receiver was 5 hours away. So she tried it on for the first time 2/21/26, which was outside of their return window HOWEVER, upon putting the sleep pants on, the product ripped at the cross-section of seams in the "PRIVATE" area. THIS IS PROOF OF A POOR PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH and they are NOT standing behind their product that hasn't even been worn.

We’re very sorry to hear the sleep pants ripped upon first wear. That’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have, especially with a gift.
In this case, the challenge is the timeframe. Our policies are based on the original delivery date rather than the first time the item is worn. Because the order was delivered in December and the concern was reported in late February, it does fall outside of our return and replacement window.
While we understand that gifts aren’t always opened or worn right away, we do have to apply our timeframe guidelines consistently. That said, we truly value this feedback and will share it with our product team, as durability is extremely important to us.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Right from the start of purchasing my cuddle clone to receiving my cuddle clone of my dog Arthur, it has been a very easy process. I live in the UK and communicating with the customer service team in America has been very easy and straight forward and all my questions and queries have been answered. I was even asked for extra pictures to make sure the design team had all the details to create Arthur. When I ordered my cuddle clone, I was sceptical (as you are) about spending a large amount of money on something that you don't know what it will look like and if it it would be as good as Cuddle Clones claims to be. But when I received my 'Arthur' it was much better then I expected. He looked exactly like my boy and he had all his lumps and bumps included that made him unique and special. I love him so much! I would definitely recommend Cuddle Clones to everyone!

I ordered a clone in honor of my 15 year old kitty
I ordered a clone in honor of the passing of my old kitty brothers. I am thankful I ordered just one to see how it turned out before adding the other. It looked NOTHING like my old buddy. I reached out to see what could be done and no reply. Then was asked to provide reviews, but my negative reviews were almost instantly deleted. I am sure there are many more like me who grew tired of the process and never ended up submitting a review that is visible. Stay away! Very expensive, took forever, no customer service, and no way to get a refund. So disappointing too during a time of grief for me.
