Tastes like a fudge brownie in a cup
Pros:
1. Drink had a good consistency, and the lumps all came out after stirring well with just a spoon (didn’t need a fancy electric thingy)
2. Tasted like a sweet treat / fudge brownie, didn’t have a weird after taste and wasn’t chalky like some of the other drinks in the market
3. Customer support was great. I contacted them as a first time purchaser, as the product was just not for me.
Only Con:
It was way too sweet for me (and I even made it with hot water, not milk). I could not drink the whole thing before bed, it was just too much for me personally to have something this sweet before going to bed. Back to Pros:
Customer support said because I was a first time customer, that they could offer me a refund, but since opened, it couldn’t be returned. They suggested I gift it to a friend who could use a good nights sleep, which was a good idea. Most companies wouldn’t even offer a refund since it was opened and it was a consumable, but they did. And they even asked for what they could do better with the product since they were a new company and told me other flavors were coming soon.
Would I give the other flavors they come out with a shot? Yes, I would. I just hope they wouldn’t be as sweet as the chocolate. It says cinnamon is in it, but I didn’t taste any. Maybe that’s just my taste buds as I sprinkle cinnamon on my iced coffee daily.
