I recently purchased an item from this company which developed a couple of issues in the week or so after delivery. An email to Cuffed resulted in an almost instant response which provided some useful information in addition to a suggestion that they would replace the item and provide pre-paid postage for the return of the original - a suggestion I accepted happily. The replacement item was sent express post that day and arrived two days later.
The dealings I've had with Cuffed have been via email with real people who put their names, company positions and a small photo on their emails. The responses have been immediate, considered and helpful. It is a real joy to deal with acutal people who clearly care about their customers and are prepared to do what is necessary to keep them informed and happy.
