I was drawn in by the ad

I saw an ad which was interesting & the product looked useful, so I purchased it. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I was surprised (and very happy) to receive an extra item with my order. The extra is a handy tool for removing all food from the mixing bowl. I have only used it once so far and it is very good.

Life changing cutter!

Thank you for making the TM5 cutter available to thermomix users. We no longer are being held at ransom to upgrade our devices!
Delivery was quick, customer service is responsive to questions.
Love the clear lid! Can see how full the bowl it. I am greedy I have 2 slicers, and both have been used daily. Salads are whipped up in no time and I can't wait to process the excess fruit and veg out of our garden.

Needs better instructions

Was so excited to get cooking with my new smart slicer but my TM6 will not accept the lid. I have tried re fitting several times and read the flimsy instructions over & over. update: the company replied and i was to send a video. While doing i realised the indents in the plastic bowl need to line up with those on the jug AND NOW IT WORKS!!

It seems that your Thermomix is experiencing a problem because the SmartSlicer® is 100% compatible with the TM5 and TM6 and none of our customers have ever had this problem.

Error C143 is usually a bug in your Thermomix due to an update or incorrect installation.

But it could be due to a manufacturing error in the lid, which is very rare but not impossible.

Love my Smart slicer

Excellent service, responded to a query very quickly. Love the cutter, just had shoulder surgery, so is very helpful. But be careful the blade is very sharp and just touching it accidentally can cut your fingers.
