Feeling like being scammed. I’ve purchased online two child seats which were marked as in store on their website, the following week after having chased fruitlessly for days I’ve been informed that the seats were unavailable and proposed to swap with two cheaper ones. I then asked for a full refund and as of today the seller has gone quiet and never confirmed timelines or order cancellation. They just disappeared. Nobody is answering in the phone or getting back to me via WhatsApp. I’m about to start a formal complain with the relevant authorities and reporting them. Please use any more reputable sellers who are clearer in their trade practices and who provide a better level of customer service.

It was extremely easy to find exactly what I was looking for and order it. The delivery was on time and the stroller was as described on the site. Through whatsapp they always reassured me during the after-sales service. They even included a gift for our little one. I highly recommend you try them !!

I ordered a Peg Perego stroller from Culla del Bimbo and was very pleased with the service and communication. I live in the US so my order needed international shipping, which was a hassel due to US customs. But Culla del Bimbo responded to all of my emails for status updates and communicated with me during my shipping process/delays to ensure I recived my items. They worked with myself and US customs to ensure all clearnece delays were resolved in a timely mannor. I would do buisness with them again in the future!
