Feeling like being scammed
Feeling like being scammed. I’ve purchased online two child seats which were marked as in store on their website, the following week after having chased fruitlessly for days I’ve been informed that the seats were unavailable and proposed to swap with two cheaper ones. I then asked for a full refund and as of today the seller has gone quiet and never confirmed timelines or order cancellation. They just disappeared. Nobody is answering in the phone or getting back to me via WhatsApp. I’m about to start a formal complain with the relevant authorities and reporting them. Please use any more reputable sellers who are clearer in their trade practices and who provide a better level of customer service.
