Scam company; taken money and not delivered goods - now uncontactable

I would urge anyone not to purchase from this company, and if you have done so, and not received the goods (as is the case for me with two separate orders from both my personal and business accounts), to contact your bank and make a claim back charge. I contacted one bank this morning and have now received a refund for one of the purchases, and was told by the dispute department that this company is definitely dodgy. They stole another businesses header (Cullen and Allen), who are not associated with them at all, then added "gifts" onto the end and set up a website. The website CullenandAllenGifts is not showing on the net at present, but in case it does - DO NOT PURCHASE - This is a scam company. Despicable thieves.

Ordered a Ketter garden storage box.16 November 2025.
Paid online , had an email response due to high order demand order delayed. Asked if we would like to wait for new order arriving 3 December 2025 withs some delivery upgrade from DPD and a gift. We agreed then no response at all from the company emails (returned no valid address) and the website disappeared with no domain response.
Having to request chargeback from card company.

Checked this company on Companies house and listed as a legitimate company so bought the Keter max out storage box, received my email confirmation straight away. However this is all I have received I have called texted emailed via portal and and emailed directly but received absolutely no response from this seller who is apparently a french female owner. Appallingly shocky way to run a business that was only just set up in October 25 have now had to try and get refund via my bank. Website has also been taken down now.

They are using another company’s Logo, which is fraud!

Ordered a 11 in 1 multi cooker. Told it was out of stock and would I like to go on a waiting list. After not recieving my goods by the allocated time, I contacted them, only to be ignored. I thought I had lost my money. Luckily I contacted my bank and they have refunded me. Please do not go near this company, they are a total Scam.

Ordered a Henry hoover on the 14th November and haven’t received it! I’ve had email confirmation but not thing else! I’ve tried contacting, email and leaving messages and no reply at all! I’ve seeked legal actIon regarding this and I’ve contacted numerous social media platforms to reach out and warn others! Newspapers the lot! Wasters! Scamming me of my friends money who I’ve ordered hoover for!

I placed an order early in November after only seeing positive reviews on trustpilot at the time. I received an email a few days later saying that the item (ninja foodi) was out of stock but they would have new stock later in November and if I kept my order they would give me an added discount and a gift. I received a follow up email saying that the goods were at their warehouse. When I emailed for delivery update there was no response. I emailed on 3 separate days accounting for delays with black Friday sales and there was no response. I called the number on their website several times and there was no answer and no voice mail. I have had to submit a dispute via my card provider. The business registration for this company is verifiable but I'm not sure about how valid they are beyond that.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Ordered a henry hoover. Nothing has come been nearly 2 weeks. Answered one email and answered the phone once. Didn't give a delivery date on either occasions, just excuses. Now they just don't answer the phone or emails. Will be claiming my money back through the bank. Absolutely disgusting

Googled looking for Henry Hoover brought this company up who advertised Trust pilot ordered and email confirmation came back under another name also had no mention of how or when it would be delivered although was a link for company. Emailed 3 times asking when and how it would be sent no reply called multiple times managed to speak to someone once who confirmed order but no delivery date. Have tried calling again multiple times nobody answers and only phone number is a mobile

I placed an order with this company two weeks ago. Can’t get hold of them the phone just rings out. I have been scammed!!! Do not use this company. You will loose your money. !!!

Do not use this company they scam do not pick up the phone. Do not send out what you pay for. 100% scam. Yes.

I ordered a Keter storage box on 10th November and heard nothing. I managed to make contact with someone at Cullenandallengiftsdirect to be told they were out of stock and offered me a free gift if I went on the waiting list, which I agreed to do, Since then I have called 15 times, sent emails and had no response I have since contacted my card provider and reported this. I would definately not use this company again

Ordered 6th november ketter storage box was told a week later none in stock I was on there wait list been promised updates but no one is replying I think I've been scammed

This is a scam ,a steling company never send anything i bought the henry Xl never come i call 100 time never answer i sent few email never answer . Stay away from this stealer

Ordered the Hanry XL Plus last week and honestly, the deal was too good to ignore. Delivery wasn't next-day fast, but it arrived within the expected window and in perfect condition. I did message them once for an update and they replied politely the same day, which reassured me. The vacuum itself is brilliant — powerful, sturdy and exactly what I needed for the house. For the price I paid, a few days' extra wait was absolutely worth it. Would definitely use them again.

This company honoured my refund, i initially believe this to be a scam company as no email was sent confirming my purchase & the telephone number on their site was inoperative. The communication from them ( after my first review) was unprofessional & rude. I was then told not to re-order as the product was no longer available. This is clearly a new company & they are just not organised as yet. I explained that I did not recieve any proof of purchase & that the telephone number was dud only to be met with rudeness & excuses.
The correspondence was poorly written with many spelling errors which explained a great deal.
