Two times the delivery didn't happened at the dedicated day. Unfortunately I haven't received any pre-notification or notification that delivery will not happen.
At the first un-happened delivery driver said that it was snowy and he hasn't managed to park car, thus he didn't came.
At the second time driver didn't came, no call has been made so I have contacted support to ask about the reason. I got reply that "we don't know why driver didn't came". Frankly speaking I don't expect such replies from the Vendor as I order service from Eden and assume to get support where I need it from the representative. I have asked to check what is the reason and get back empty email with signature but no answer in it.
Taking into account that there is no certain time when delivery could take place, I need to be at home from the morning till 16-17hrs to get delivery and I'm very limited with other activities.
Unfortunately frustrated with the service as I have provided feedback last time to the Vendor through "satisfaction form" and didn't get reaction back neither.
