Extremely disappointing experience with Cultira. I repeatedly contacted them through email, Instagram DMs, comments, and other customer service channels because I never received proper shipping updates for my order. Replies took ages, and whenever I commented publicly asking for help, my comments would get deleted.
After waiting so long with no clear shipping information, I requested a refund. Instead of refunding me, they offered me store credit — even though the clothes I originally ordered were no longer available on the website. Despite never properly receiving updates about my order, they still refused to give me a refund.
I later spoke to multiple other customers who described the exact same experience: months of chasing the company through emails and social media before finally getting refunds.
The situation became so stressful and frustrating that I ended up opening a chargeback dispute with my bank. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this brand
