I bought a River Plate 2002/04 away kit a couple of weeks ago from them, however the tags looked suspicious as the flag size tag isbehind the adidas tag with the river plate logo. The tag that shows the date that the kit was manufactured is missing. I've contacted them to see how they were able to authenticate the shirt However there hasn't been a response i've checked my spam everything and NOTHING. Hope they contact me and let me know how they were able to authenticate my shirt. I hope they can clarify more on this as i dont want to lose the trust that i have on them :/

We don't have same definitions of excellent.
They dont mentioned some pulls and scratches.
But they said the product condition was excellent

Wonderful site with an amazing collection of kits, all with outstanding quality. Shipping is quick but confirmation is even faster. I’ve never had any problems but I’m sure their customer service is top notch!

So I don’t normally write reviews however this time I feel it’s right too.

This football shirt store is a good shop if your looking for shirts or memorabilia, there’s a good variety of shirts/ track tops or so. Delivery was very quick and nicely packaged. The only downside of this site that lets it down is the customer service.

The customer service is non existent at all whatsoever, I purchased a top that was meant to have a certificate of authenticity that goes with the item I bought and it was stated in the description. The top came without it, which I wasn’t worried about too much personally however if it was somebody else it could be an issue especially if they had been starting to get into expensive shirts. I tried contacting them on their message chat and got no response, also emailed them as well and got no response on their either.

It’s a shame because overall it’s a good site for shirts however, if I were to buy from again I would be hesitant to do so as if there was a problem with a order I made in the future, I wouldn’t be sure if I would want the hassle if the customer service is non existent.

Mystery/Secret Shirt which I received was a very pleasant surprise.The team communicated rapidly when I had an issue with my order and the outcome left me beaming from ear to ear.

It goes along way knowing you're buying from a trusted seller, the fact of the matter is I'm always slightly hesitant being a collector. If it's to good to be true it usually is. However Cult Kits are professional and there customer service is top notch. Having bought a surprise shirt I loved the service so much I've done it again before they stop as it's limited edition. Rest assured this is a brand you can trust

I was interested in a football shirt for my Great Nephew's 16th birthday but wasn't sure about the size, David Jones replied to my email over the weekend assuring me he would have the information by Monday morning and true to his word i received an email with the measurements and duly ordered the shirt. Excellent service, i work in customer service myself and have high standards so it refreshing to deal with likewise people, will definitely recommend.

Happened again I purchased a Napoli away shirt and it arrived and was a turkey fake copy about 4 weeks ago told this was a one off and a genuine mistake.. guess what purchased again this week after putting my faith back in the company NOPE FAKE AGAIN. This is totally unacceptable!!😡😡

the only suggestion i have for Cultkits is to add measurement of each shirt, as each shirt from different era/apparel has different sizing.

Cult Kits is top tier. From kit selection, to shipping and handling, to customer service they simply do not miss. They got so many options from international to clubs all throughout the years and you know what you’re purchasing because they provide great description of the condition along with photos to show for it. I’m located from California, USA and they have been consistent to have my purchase ready to take off by the next business day. I’ve only ever had to reach out once for customer service and they responded quickly and helped sort out my request. I’m 19 purchases deep with cult kits so take a veterans word when I say this is the go to.

Not the best customer service for people outside of the UK. I was unsatisfied with my purchase since the product did not match the description, I tried to return it and they unfortunately gave me a very hard time, claiming I had to pay for all of the shipping cost to return it from the US to the UK (+$90). Then they were willing to reimburse a small portion of it IF I accepted store credit instead of a full refund. Very disappointing considering this is my favorite store to buy my jerseys.

This company always gives 100% in customer care - no query is ever too small to deal with. They have a great selection of shirts, which are well packaged and delivered promptly.
