Sadly they put the wrong address so the UK post could not deliver it - it was correctly inputted from my side. It was sent back but no response from them despite numerous attempts, they won't send another out nor give a refund. I have lost my money. Real shame

The jersey is very beautiful, the brand is super cool, and less than 10 days after placing the order, the package had already been delivered.
They were quick to provide me with all the tracking information everything was clear and transparent.

Placed order. Took a month to get a tracking number from them. Finally arrived and was sent with dhl. Upon checking for updates on dhl site it said parcel was damaged in transit. Multiple emails, messages via insta and tiktok sent to culturetribe who have refused to reply to my request of a refund or send another item out. Thieves

I ordered some t-shirts but, the lettering was wonky so, I wanted to return. I contacted Culturetribe straight away via email and online form (as instructed) but, received no reply.

Over the course of several weeks, despite numerous emails, I still have had no reply. I have now sought legal advise and have given notice of revocation.

However, I am still being ignored! The t-shirts aren't cheap and postage is extortionate. My advise, avoid and do not purchase anything from this seller! I think it is a scam?

I had excellent experience with culturetribe when I ordered few things. Communication was very good.

Full scammers

I order three shirt, but i did not like them and i send them all 3 back. Still waiting to get my money back. Its scandalous, don't order from here!

I received my order on Wednesday, July 30th. On the same day, I sent an email and used the contact form on their website to inform them that I wanted to return the item under my 14-day right of withdrawal. I also asked them to send instructions on how to proceed.

Since then, I haven’t heard anything back, and I’ve tried reaching out through several channels – but it’s been impossible to get in touch with them.
