I wish they stay true to what they offer and say. Cuna mutual and Trustage is here to scam us. My father and I had three policy and they only paid one out and didn’t pay the other two out. Left my kids and I almost homeless cause we had to use everything on his funeral expenses and my dad old friend help us paid for one year rent. They said they will reach out n it’s been days nothing happen. They consider to be an easy and helpful during our mourning and they gave me hell. I don’t want anyone to feel like me ever again. So stay away please.

I have an amazing career along with the perks I do have loans.I Allways have paid for life and disibility for every one of these loans.I pay for this Just in case insurance?Well that just in case moment came with this pandemic!Unfortunatly The COVID 19 effected my work pretty heavy which caused me to take some time off. Cuna approved covering some of my loans,Then denied one or two loans? then approved another loan?then denied covering my loans again?It has been a roller coaster ride from hell!!Nobody deserves that ride especially when you paying to put your trust in a company that is suppose to hold your financial woes down expecially during a crisis!!I pay for the service And expect nothing more nothing less!I found I was denied my claims due to a woman making her own assumptions & conclusions about my situation?You see I got a call from a customer service relations frm Cuna she interviewied me about my claim!Which I have no problem Telling her my situation
But she sure did have a problem
With me.Was it the sound of my voice?How I talked?How I pronounced my words?Or was it she is just blatantly racist?Idk but she litterally denied my claims!
She talked down on me very time condescending and scoffed at me!It was like I was getting persecuted during these calls!This woman was playing judge and jury with my work situation?Quizing me about My personal health?I found this woman to be dishonest untrustworthy not the type of people I would pay to protect me in a personal crisis!She Litterally had it out for me to hang me!Hey I Thuaght business is business right?I pay for a service??And get what I pay for??Not I pay you and you pay if I meet your standards?This isn’t a dating service?Imnot paying for your personal opinions or judgments!I was denied service.I have the experian app on my phone and I’m getting These emails and hits on the app saying My loans are all
Past due?So frustrated i had my Primary Fax Cuna!Still no response?In meantime my credit scores is taking major hits and dropping?I Even waited all day at my busy drs and made sure I watched the secretary fax the papers!This stuff is very important to me!And what happens next is the kicker the customer service relations woman calls me again condescendingly telling me we aren’t coving all your loans?She was reading the notes making up her own words?told her woman calm down read the note slowly and she tried to rearrange the words again.She clearly racially profiled me.I caught her Lieing I have photos of the paperwork!Just like the 1st innitialconversation she called me and told me she called my dr and my dr discussed with her my personal health situation wich by the way is against the law so she lied there as well! In the mean time I’m worried sick having panic attacks!This lady needs to be fired.Long story short Now my credit score is completely destroyed!I went from upper 700 to lower 400!What did I do to deserve this?Im a hard working father of four!I am now a grandfather! everything is for my family.My loans are all family related!Everythings for them.Ide never expected to get crushed by Cuna in this way!!Im very saddened it worked out this way!!This little old Grampa is going back to work crushed with a destroyed credit report!! Should honor that my credit union Gave me the loans because I make good money!They got payed for a service!!Cuna Took my payment every week with no problem,allways on time, no questions asked?I should have never been discredited or denied my claims!This Cuna boasts about helping the community’s Online cutting ribbons and shaking hands but behind that Fausad they can can care less about us working class family’s!! Im going back to work with a heavy heart!!.This has been one of the worst experiences in my life!!
