No Patient Privacy
Chemist was open on time at 9:30, but Pharmacist was 15 minutes late.
Then she shouts out my full name and discusses my medication and medical card in front of a full waiting shop.
While my neighbour was standing at the counter waiting.
She had no regard for my privacy.
Surely she could have just used my first name and then ask if i wanted to use the consultation room, like Boots do.
Also Boots have individual stalls for privacy.
There is no regard or effort made for patient privacy at Cunningham's.
There was 4 assistants, 2 if them were constantly coughing and I over heard them say to each other, they were "dying', and talking about the people they meet that had covid.
