Tried to cancel my order within minutes…

Tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it and although they claim they have 24/7 customer service it took hours to hear back from someone. Once I did through the live chat, they continually tried to redirect me into a discount but would not process the return I adamantly kept asking for. Emailed the address their website says to email to cancel an order, never heard anything back. Then I stopped hearing from them completely and had to contact my bank to dispute the charges so I could get refunded and explained the entire situation to my bank. Thankfully, my bank processed the dispute and returned the money to my account which is part because the company never processed or shipped my order.

Hopefully my review, along with the many others I see here, prevent anyone from wasting their time and money with this company. They have an excellent marketing campaign but pheromone fragrances are not actually backed by science as they claim. That is the sort of thing that only exists in movies and is not real, their marketing campaign is what caught me as I’m sure it has so many others. Avoid this company because once they have your money they go completely silent when requesting a refund or cancellation of your order regarding their products, legitimate robbery.

Not worth the money & not effective

Not worth the money & not effective. I returned my purchase after 1 day and customer service representative stated the the bottle was open and that a refund can’t be processed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

My daughter wanted help ordering…

My daughter wanted help ordering cologne for her boyfriend. I placed the order. Their website tells you do not reload the page or leave the page. You may be double billed. I did not leave. I did not reload the page and yet when it comes down to it I was billed twice for the same package. They said I selected it. All I selected was the one package. You must read the fine print very carefully. This company is based on tricking you into clicking onto stuff that does not need to be clicked on $120 transaction turned into a $240 transaction due to the simple amount of fraudulent information on their website. I could show you the receipts. I can show you the complaints. I can show you the emails. Their customer support is terrible. Do not wish to help to not wish to cancel the order. They are hoping I do not send it back. I promise I will send it back when it arrives. It has been over 14 days. Still waiting on transit of this crap deal.

product is trash doesn’t even smell…

product is trash doesn’t even smell when you open the package so of course it doesn’t last on your body probably not even good to put on your skin. They make it almost impossible to cancel the subscription. You have to email them to request a link that takes you to a page that requested your email so they can send you another link then you have to search for it just to get sent another leak just to cancel and I guarantee you they probably didn’t cancel it all the way.

Original to 3.0... I'll take'em all!

I bought the original Hypnosis. But then got hit with the knock offs. I tried all I could to make it last. Despite countless women complimenting me and whatnot it just wasn't for my wife. She didn't love it. Don't get me wrong, she thought it was ok, and I was like "are you kidding? This could get a guy laid.", this cologne will get you the attention you're looking for, but when the new scents dropped, that was all she wrote! I bought the buy 2 get 1 Hypnosis 3.0, my wife still wasn't impressed. The 3 pack came with a tester of Lust. Now that, let's just say, she liked it much better. I was going to return the Hypnosis for 3 Lust bottles, and customer service was amazing and totally going help. Instead I kept the 3 Hypnosis, Ordered 3 Ignite, 1 Charm, 1 Lust and 1 more Ignite for a total of 9 bottles of Cupids new bottles. They're all too damn good. Once we found the scent she liked, she decided she actually liked them all. But for different reasons. I personally think, she's seen enough of women coming onto me because of my scent right in front of her. And she hates being the only woman that isn't into the scents that get me attention whether she's at my side, holding my hand or not. Women just come up, talking about "excuse me sir... you're fine and you smell incredible, what are you wearing..?" Yeah, that buy 2 get 1 deal. I got them all and the Hypnosis 3.0, that's one of the best scents I've ever smelled. I had to have them all! It's that simple. Got to me in a couple of days and the new bottle is fabulous design. But the price, unreal. Worth every penny.

UPDATE..."Absolutely useless stuff!"

Yup!..Absolutely useless stuff!
I wrote a review for this a few months ago, and giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I thought I'd write another after using it for a while, and see if I DID actually attract any females!...as they inferred, with this, so called, "Pheromone infused".. Cologne!
I can honestly say, absolutely nothing has changed!
I've been close to many women through my work in the last few months, and as I said before, NOT ONE woman has told me that I smell good!.....or even asked what was I wearing!?...and what's more.... it still doesn't smell any better either!
SO.....I SHALL BE THROWING THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE BOTTLE AWAY NOW!! ... A Total Waste of Money!

FOOTNOTE: I'm sorry Cupios ...but your "Run of the Mill" reply below is just not good enough! This is EXACTLY the same reply you gave me the first time!
Please give me WRITTEN EVIDENCE for the PERCENTAGE of Men that have used it, and have had GOOD feedback from the women and men...because we would all love to know!
Your company only has to have a few men say that your product works, to infer in your adverts on social media that it actually does, yet in my case, and with many, many other reviews on Trustpilot, clearly shows it DOES NOT!

I ordered Cupid's pheromone infused cologne and their website signed me up for a subscription and started sending me stuff I didn't order or want. Then I moved and tried updating my new address and they continued to send stuff to my old address and I never received it not sure where it is going. And I continue to get emails from them saying my order has shipped but to my old address. Please be careful when ordering this crap!

Absolutely no customer service at all

Absolutely no customer service at all. They pretty much won't let you return for a refund. I even tried cancelling the order, it sat at their warehouse for 4 days before they sent it. Now they won't give the information they deem necessary to return for a refund.

Absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. This company uses manipulative and frustrating tactics that no legitimate business should be using. Forcing customers to sit through videos just to complete a purchase is already a red flag, but it gets worse. After going through that process, I was charged far more than what I originally agreed to—sometimes double or even triple the listed price. That is completely unacceptable and feels incredibly deceptive.

There is a serious lack of transparency in their checkout process, and it gives the impression that the system is designed to confuse customers into paying more than they intended. Businesses should be upfront and honest about pricing—anything less crosses a line. Based on my experience, I genuinely believe Cupids should be investigated for false advertising and potentially scamming customers.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Pay extremely close attention to what you’re being charged, and honestly, you’re better off taking your business elsewhere. No product is worth dealing with this level of frustration, lack of trust, and questionable business practices.

Doesn't work like they claim

I bought this cologne a few weeks ago and use it after my shower before bed and do a short spray on each side of the neck and a full spray on my chest. My wife doesnt even seem to have noticed I am doing something different I dont usually ever wear cologne and she has not 1 time asked if im doing something different or that I even smell good. I haven't gotten anything from her. My kids have said I smell good when I give them hugs before bed but that is it I haven't recieved any other compliments from anyone else. I dont know if maybe I chose the wrong scent but I dont really believe in the product enough to buy another bottle right now it costs too much the smell is decent but was really hoping to get a little attention from the wife but now such luck now I feel even more undesirable.

Not Good

The customer service for this company is nonexistent. They say product will be delivered in 5to7 days. Been weeks now. I attempted to contact customer service and asked them to cancel my order multiple times. They ignored me for over a week then claimed they couldn't cancel the order cause it has just shipped. Still haven't received an order or shipping number. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I don't even want the product. Just want my money back. Big SCAM vibes.

I have requested my refund within…

I have requested my refund within thirty days as per their requirements. They have never replied. I have sent an email 3 times, with no reply. Their cologne gives me a headache, and that is the reason for the return request. There is no way to get a hold of a real person, all done by email, which are completely ignored. False advertising on the refund if you are never able to get one.

I’d give this company zero stars if I…

I’d give this company zero stars if I could. First off, their cologne likely doesn’t have the pheromones it claims to have. I’ve gone in multiple different social settings and it was no different than wearing regular cologne. Second, and this is a big one, I returned my item back last week on April 13 in excellent condition and fully intact. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding a refund status of both the cologne and the shipping costs. Their response times are horrendous and if you get a rare response, it’s only from a bot. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If for whatever reason you need a refund or help with something, they won’t give you the help you need. They’re likely scammers.

Ordered on 04/05/26

Ordered on 04/05/26, tracking updated two days later on the 7th to show they had created a shipping label. On the 17th I contacted them as the tracking had not updated in 10 days. Their response was wait another 5 days. Well I forgot about it for a few days. Remembered again on the 22 and checked the tracking, still no update. So I contacted them again through the chat. 10 hours later still no response.

Seriously considering clawing my money back through my bank. Customer service is a joke.

So many red flags!!!

The company forces you to watch mandatory videos during checkout, after you give your care details. All of the videos last multiple minutes, and if you click on a prompt throughout this process you get charged extra with no option to review your basket at the end and remove products. They are also not responding to their emails for refunds, they have an AI replying instead.

So many red flags. The actual fragrances are "okay", very cheaply made and nothing special compared to what's advertised.

I initially placed an order for one…

I initially placed an order for one bottle and entered my credit card information to complete the purchase. During checkout, I was prompted to watch a video encouraging me to upgrade to three bottles for additional savings. I agreed to the offer and proceeded with the purchase for three bottles.
However, once the payment was processed, I noticed that I had been charged for four bottles, totaling approximately $250 CAD, which I did not authorize.
I immediately contacted your support team to request a cancellation and full refund. Instead of processing my request, I received multiple responses offering partial concessions (30% store credit, then 10%, then 20%, and later a suggestion to keep one bottle). I clearly declined each of these offers and reiterated my request for a full refund.
It has now been 6 days, and I have neither received a refund nor any further response from your representative, Vienna.
This is my final request:
Please process a full refund immediately for the unauthorized charge. If I do not receive confirmation shortly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through my credit card provider.
