Total rip off
The site is a total rip off, they get you to purchase a membership. They then tell you, you need an equivalent membership as whoever you are trying to video call. They don't tell you you also need the same amount of credits as whoever you try to call.
It turns out I needed to pay almost £1400 to make a video call.

This site as the many sites this company run works on thr principle of communicate with those on your teir, but will show you people on other tiers as well but if you want to talk to them you need to buy that teir at full price but the lose the tier you were on. I believe that there are a number of fake profiles that they move across tiers so you need to buy tiers thus costing you more money
This all feels like a con.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give one star for this experience.
Unfortunately it isn’t made clear unless you have the same membership as someone you can’t actually communicate. And even when I did purchase the same one. They then come up with other excuses as to why you can’t video call, or you can’t hear the other person. The last reason I was given is because we don’t have even credits or similar credits. I’ve already purchased the same membership guys.
So I would recommend you stir clear of this site and any others that look the same. I don’t know but I do wonder if they are all run by the same people. Don’t waste your time or money with this site.

Same experience as other users. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE. Chat facility is only available if you have the same package as the person you are trying to contact. Unsurprisingly the possible contacts all have very expensive packages such as the MatchBoost package @289.99 euros, rather than the introductory package of @36 euros. The scam is that you are drawn in on the Introductory package, only to find that you cannot connect with a possible date unless you pay a very high subscription. Needless to say the site will not refund the introductory offer if you decide you do not want to take the chance that your date may not work out, which is probably quite a high chance.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If it was possible I would mark it in negative figures. I completely agree with Mr Sawford. I was encouraged to join this site by a lady I met on another dating platform so that we could video call each other. So I paid 99euros (PLUS VAT) as the package stated video calling was included. IT DID NOT WORK. I was advised that this was because the lady and I were on different packages and I needed to be on the VIP package. So, reluctantly, I upgraded to the VIP subscription at a cost of 399euros (PLUS VAT). When I did, I had visual contact but no audio. When I challenged the site Administrator, I was told I needed to be on the "Double" VIP package which matched the lady's and it would cost me a further 800euros (PLUS VAT). They even said it was a sound investment. I politely declined by telling them in no uncertain terms to **** right off and to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They refused to refund me as I had used the video calling facility. So was I meant to pay 399euros (PLUS VAT) for a service just to find out it would not do what I expected it to do. I also lost my association with the lady who I really like as I could not give her my contact details - I even received a warning from the site for the methods I tried to use to get her my details. Cheeky ****s. I am looking at ways to get this site removed or for someone who may be able to help me get my money back.

Absolutely atrocious need same subscription to video call and then the volume doesn't work then the one person that I reluctantly joined for blanked me very expensive lesson learned please learn from my mistakes double charged for the same subscription twice and refused to refund one of the charges saying I had already used the service

This is one of 2 sites run by a Romanian company. The website has minimal facilities, and is atrociously overpriced. To be able to video chat, you have to have the same level of membership as the other person. If I could, I would give it ZERO stars. Since joining I've been receiving scam emails from other sites, and when I try to unsubscribe from those, I find that either I am not a member, or my antivirus marks them as dangerous. If anybody asks you to join, block them.
