The service is amazing. My pets medication has to be sent out temperature control which is arranged to suit me…after the order they drop me an email and arrange it…a real person not AI. It sounds small but it makes a difference

Very very helpful, never dealt with such a professional company that always put the client first. Asked them so many times to dispatch the medication for my very poorly pet faster than the delivery I paid for, they just did it without extra charge . Honestly, the most helpful company and the prices are good as well

Very speedy delivery as I needed it urgently

Excellent service and such a pleasure to deal with. The medication I require must be refrigerated which means you have to be home when delivered. Couriers will not leave it in a safe place etc. With other providers I am just told it has been dispatched randomly, but Rich contacted me before sending to ask me what day would be best for me for delivery and he could then dispatch appropriately. Made all the difference. On top of this they were quick and efficient and were cheaper than others. Will absolutely use them again!

Online companies can be much of a muchness, with little to separate them. The only difference, apart from price sometimes, is service. Cura excels at this without having to ask or by pushing them. I forgot one small thing on an order, so ordered it separately. I received an email saying they had put it with the other item and refunded the postage I had paid. It was 100% my fault, I never asked, I never informed them, they just do things like this. They are so on the ball and their response is fast and detailed. After bouncing around a few companies, I don't use anyone else now.

We have been using Cura on and off for a few years and they really offer a fantastic service. The prices are the most competitive online, their shipping is usually next day, the communication is extremely prompt and personable. Website is well designed and takes the hassle out of ordering. It's a small business which I'm always happy to support, but also they are offering the best service.

I have a repeat vet prescription for one of my dogs. I send the prescription and then order the medication. Very easy. The medication is temperature controlled and they ask you to identify a day for delivery so it can go straight in the fridge. Extremely well packaged to keep it cool and also protect the glass vials. Very good service 👏
