Friendly and knowledgeable clinicians. I feel they listen to me and take on board what I'm looking for, and I am always involved with the treatment decisions. I have never felt pressured into going ahead with treatments, and I have always been treated with respect and empathy.

They have an excellent variety of treatment options in various price ranges, making it more accessible for a lot of people, too.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT BUT ONCE THE EVALUATION BEGAN, THE PROCESS TO ISSUE A PRESCRIPTION WAS VERY QUICK. I FELT THE DR WHO INTERVIEWED ME COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD MY CONDITION.

I moved to Curaleaf from another provider, and I deeply regret it. The practitioners never arrive on time, yet they have the audacity to rush you; my 15-minute appointment lasted barely 5. I’m not sure who they’re hiring, but they seem incompetent and don’t understand how to treat mixed conditions in conjunction with one another.

They essentially con you into booking paid clinician appointments for simple amendments, despite alluding that these can be handled through the portal. This is a trap—your subscription only covers a set number of appointments per year, so these "forced" meetings waste your allowance and lead to extra charges. You also can’t even amend DPD deliveries.

Don't bother with complaints; it's a waste of energy. Also, watch out for the subscription clause that forces you to keep paying for 3 months after you try to cancel. It’s a shame this company prioritises profit over patients. It needs to be thoroughly regulated or closed down. Poor, poor, poor.

Have only been with curaleaf a short time but in that time I've asked the customer support team a couple of questions and they've been really kind and helpful. I've been helped by both kimberley & Amber who were great, so thanx to you two.
I really like curaleaf as a pharmacy and practice as they have made it a very straight forward process from start till now and I've felt to be in good hands and well supported. Cheers.

I was dealt with by Jake today. Who's dealing with a change in my script. A delightful young man. Wish ppl could try be as pleasant as Jake. Makes dealing with stuff much nicer.

I have been using medical cannabis for about two years and it has certainly helped reduce my migraines by 90% . Curaleaf as a company are extremely helpful and the staff are very knowledgeable and polite when I speak to them. My 3 month checkups are very helpful and it is a good time to talk about how my treatment is going and l can ask any questions I have . The pharmacy side of Curaleaf are very quick at getting the Cannabis out for delivery. Overall I am a very happy customer/patient.

People are so friendly, they don't judge and ask simple questions. Evryone how hasistate to try this company should be scared.

3 min assesment online (what a joke )
So called specialist didn't have a clue about what was wrong with me ( what's the point of giving them access to NHS records )
All I got was we will be InTouch then found out that they had sent a letter asking my doctor for military records on my PTSD like they would have them .
All in all I found it a waste of time not very professional and to be fair a total joke . Ended up pulling the application because you can tell they are just a money making enterprise that has no interest in helping military with complex conditions AVOID
