Efficient helpful service, quick to respond to any issues

I’ve been with cura for about 4 years and can honestly say they have come on leaps and bounds. I keep the same doctor for every appointment and he has been fantastic. They give me the advice I need and make sure I understand everything I need to know. There product range has increased and is getting better every time I order. Big up my doctor. You know who you are !!!

I’m relatively new to Curaleaf but not new to cannabis. I’ve used cannabis for my mental health and epilepsy now for 3 months. I’ve used cannabis over the years but until recently I have seen the benefits from cannabis massively with my seizures. Curaleaf have been great from the get go, nice flower buds with the nice little touch of a humidity pack to keep your flower lasting longer and not drying to much, which I think is a really good idea. Only downside was it was only in one of my boxes and not in both. Nothing major as I just reused the same one in my other pouch when I used this pouch.n I do have a follow up soon and I will hope to be able to choose other strains and to try the oils but having more flexibility as a patient to choose from without having to have appointments to change anything to the prescription it would be good to have a list of available medication with different strains and strengths with mixture of edibles, flower and oils. I hope to be able to ask for this to be added to my prescription to be able to order as my dose is to low right now but overall the delivery, prompt replies and excellent customer service I would give it 5 stars but it just being unable to have the flexibility as much as I would like is the reason why it’s not 5 stars. Overall amazing service. Thank you!

Friendly, knowledgeable clinicians, they really do listen. No problems with quality, prices are mid but product is consistent so I don't mind paying a little more.

YOU DONT GET TO CHOOSE WHAT STRAIN YOU WANT, OR HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO SPEND - YOU ARE TOLD EXACTLY WHICH STRAIN YOU ARE ALLOWED AND EVEN HOW MUCH OF IT YOU CAN BUY!!!!

THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME 20G OF 100% CBD WEED WHICH HAD NO THC IN IT. I DID NOT WANT IT OR HAVE ANY INTEREST IN IT. I SIMPLY DID NOT BUY IT AND LET MY PRESCRIPTION EXPIRE!!!!

YOU ARE 100% LOCKED TO THEIR DICTATORSHIP!!!!! YOU MIGHT EVEN GET PRESCRIBED A STAIN YOU DEFINITELY DONT WANT CONTAINING ZERO THC LIKE I DID!!!!!!!

TO MAKE THINGS WORSE - NOW, 12 MONTHS LATER - THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO ENGAGE IN A LIVE VIDEO APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR INSTEAD OF THE PHONE CALL WHICH THEY PREVIOUSLY ALLOWED.

THEY PREVIOUSLY HAD WRITTEN ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT YOU COULD REQUEST A PHONE CALL AD IT WAS NO ISSUE.

NOW THEY HAVE DELETED ALL OF THAT!!!!!

NOW THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO DO LIVE VIDEO CHATS TO COMPLY WITH THE LAW!!!!

THEY ARE LYING!!!!!!

THERE IS NO SUCH LAW!!!!!!!!!

THE ONLY LEGAL REQUIREMENT IS TO FULLY IDENTIFY SOMEONE.

THE HOME OFFICE AND MINISTRY OF DEFENCE BOTH STATE THAT THE MINIMUM THRESHOLD TO COMPLY WITH IDENTITY VERIFICATION IS A "PHOTOGRAPHIC ID"

THAT IS THE ONLY THING CURALEAF ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO TAKE IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH UK LAWS!!! ANYTHING ABOVE THAT IS ALL CURALEAFS OWN CHOICE!!!!!

CURALEAF HAVE MY ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS!!!

THEYVE BEEN TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST YEAR!!!!

The first prescription was tasteless and oderless, hit the spot though, which i suppose they do for patients who are new to the medical flower world to ease them in

2nd app I had reviewed a strain that I would prefer on their website, higher THC, they agreed this one and it has been great.

Taste, flavour, smell, texture, pain relief and medical benefits - all there - pineapple fruz

The pastils are not like edibles so you can take one and function with pain relief built in, also found they have a secondary effect of being great for anxiety also, so have found these to be the product I didnt know I needed, but now cant do without

All thanks to my clinician taking the time yo figure what I needed and what would suit my lifestyle

If I have to ring customer services that are always really helpful, knowledgeable and and give you the most up to date information

Hi I don't like how a schizophrenic gets discriminated and cannot have a legal permit . Does a schizophrenic patient not suffer with depression.and anxiety . It sucks that most professionals always accuse drugs as a cause to illness which isn't always true .

So ive decided that everytime CL take over 3 days to dispatch something thats apparently in stock im going to come here and leave a 1 star review. Their 10 day lead time is ridiculous, they just hide behind policy and cut and paste replies.

When I joined CL dispatch was max of 2 days every single time, now its 6 days and even 10 days in some instances. They also dont let you order it until its due, so I have to wait a month and then 10 days for them to dispatch it once I order it, then 2 days delivery..... That's 42 days between prescriptions 😂😂 and they see that as acceptable.
